ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าโอเค อยู่ในตัวเมือง ตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร พนักงานต้อนรับดูแลดีเฟรนลี่ มีครัวให้ทำอาหารได้ บน Rooftop มีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ว่าสระว่ายน้ำไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก ห้องอาบน้ำค่อนข้างเล็ก มีที่แขวนเสื้อผ้า แต่ว่าไม่ค่อยมีที่วางของในห้องน้ำ เตียงนอนพอนอนได้ แต่ไม่ถึงขั้นสบาย นอนชั้นบนค่อนข้างอึดอัดมาก เพดานต่ำมากไม่สามารถนั่งได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องนอนและเตียงนอนไม่ค่อยมี ไม่มีผ้าห่มให้ ฉันต้องใช้ผ้าคลุมเตียงเอามาเป็นผ้าห่ม โดยรวมถือว่าพอนอนได้ เอาไว้แค่นอนอย่างเดียวพอ

Good facilities, nice staff, free towel and amenities for purchase (soap, shampoo, & conditioner 1$). Only meh thing were the beds weren’t the softest but that’s all.

This is a review I honestly never wanted to write because the hostel itself is actually very nice. It is clean, well-maintained, and located in the heart of Cancún. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the reception service, which I found inattentive and unhelpful. Be careful with the mandatory $10 USD cash deposit required for the towel and blanket. In my case, when I returned the items, I was given back a damaged $10 bill that was torn and full of holes, making it very difficult to use. I politely asked if it would be possible to receive the equivalent amount in Mexican pesos instead, but the receptionist simply replied, “No,” without offering any alternative or trying to help. It’s a shame because the hostel itself deserves a good review, but the way this situation was handled left me feeling disappointed and unfairly treated.

Fernando Ortega, the receptionist, is a young man with a big heart and huge ambitions, who gave me the warmest welcome and helped me with everything he possibly could. I spent four hours with him at the front desk just talking, and he struck me as someone with remarkably developed worldliness and depth, despite his young age. As for the hostel itself — it's a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place where any seasoned traveler can find peace and a spot to rest between journeys. The space is thoughtfully designed, sensible, and attentive to all kinds of details. This place is definitely worth the money. I planned to stay just one night but ended up staying four, and I would have stayed longer if I could. I recommend it with all my heart.

Nice hostel in downtown Cancun. Very clean, nice dorms, location is fine.

A great place to stay with the central bus station literally 5 minutes away. The rooms are very clean & well priced and the pool is a great bonus. My only complaint is the very loud music from the bar all day. Not ideal if you just want to relax.
