Beds were comfy, shower great along with shampoo etc.
Only downside for us was an outside light being on all night right outside our room and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. Otherwise would come back again.

The room had carpets that were soaked in one part of the room away from the bathroom or taps. It was clear they were aware of it as the second was pushed in front of the TV in front of the room. Due to this there was a musty smell in the room. The staff were notified but no action was taken and the place remained in the same condition.
The parking area was full and we had to park illegally on the road overnight and move the vehicle.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bedding clean, curtains need to be replaced. No street noise. Everybody staying there were quiet and respectful towards each other.

Our room was a "Superior Twin Room, Multiple Beds". The room size was totally inadequate for a queen and single bed.
There was only one seat (in a room containing 3 bed places. Three people in this room would have been an impossible situation.
The bathroom, while very clean and modern, was totally inadequate due to it's tiny size. The modern taps gave no indication of hot and cold resulting in easy scalding.
The TV remote control totally failed to operate most of the time, in spite of changing the batteries.

Cleanliness and towels good, Glassware needs to be refreshed, AC is tied and noisy, so turned off and opened window, but no fly screen, and was covered by blockoiut curtain, so difficult to get fresh air!

Hi ******* customer service team, I like to complaint about this hotel because our room did not get clean and bedding was not done after the first night. I thought it wasn’t included but after i got home and I checked on your website it clearly mentioned house keeping. Also, we didn’t get a good sleep as the curtain in our room 209 was broken and it has a big hole and the room was very bright for us as the light outside of our window was on for the whole 2 nights of our stay. It clearly is not a 4 star hotel as it said Accor’s website. On your ******* website, it indicated 3.5 which I trusted but am quite disappointed. Missing housekeeping is simply unprofessional. Please ask hotel for a partial refund for our disturbed sleep and lack of service. We are loyal customers of Accor and ******* but this time we have to speak up. From disappointed customer. Look forward to hearing from your team.

No management. Visitors made terrible noise until 1:30 am in the morning. We cannot sleep for the whole night. Worst experience ever.
