I really like the ambiance of this hotel.

Needs more improvement on room facilities and services. No information provided on the hotel facilities, city guide, etc.

Very good

It has potential, but there were a few kinks. Like when we entered the first room we were assigned, the tv was on, the hand towel had lipstick stains and there was a shopping cart next to the bed - my conclusion is the room may have alrwdy been assigned or the oreviosu occupants have not checked out yet. Also, the next room we got didn't close properly and we jus realized that it was still open when we got back. The good news is, nothing was lost so I am left with faith on the honesty of Bicolanos. The safe was locked though so we weren't able to use it. When we went for dinner, almost all the items we wanted to try weren't available. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant stay, value for money for it's convenience, room type and comfort.

I had the best experience at Summit Hotel Naga. Special thanks to Ms. Hanna for her commendable service. She was very understanding and helpful with our needs. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. All the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.

My work superior had decided to treat us to dining at this hotel only to find out that the food they serve is limited to nothing. The food wasn't tasty enough to crave for more and the drink was limited to two glasses of cucumber juice only. They don’t even have soda or any beverage to choose from except for coffee. We haven't spent enough time savoring the other food they serve but they cleaned up all the food available on the serving table. Other staff were not decently trained enough to mind their own business but rather had the guts to boldly stare at me and gossip with a co-worker. I know it is not common for Filipinos to mind their businesses and show respect to others but at least, they should mind their own f*cking stup*d monkey business and never mind other people. It sounds like most if not all Filipinos are barbaric, especially this millennium, young ones are disrespectful and mocker for no reason. I know this is not part of the review but I just want to share my ideas about Filipinos!

A beautiful hotel staff and special mention to Manager Ms. Hanna Belen, very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. We spent two nights here and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room it is quit big for two person, excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip or friends/ family trips..

Worth the price we paid! Good Ambiance, cool vibe... Kudos to the staffs of Summit hotel. They are very accomodating and approachable, especially to Ms. Hanna Eunice Belen. We will surely visit this hotel again........ HIGHLY Recommended!!!!!

You can easily check-in. The room is spacious, cleaned and elegant. The hotel staff and employees are also accommodating and attentive. The food is also delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect with an easy access to the mall and other restaurants.

The lobby of Summit Hotel Naga is very cozy, they also have a self-check in kiosk which helps a lot of guests especially when the front desk is busy. We booked a twin bedroom, and it was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. It also comes with a free buffet breakfast. Also, it is just beside the Robinsons whenever you have errands to run. The staffs were helpful and approachable especially Ms. Hannah. Kudos to Summit Hotel Naga and the staffs. Will recommend to whom I know going to visit Naga soon. Thank you for the stay!

I booked at Go hotel via Landers Company since July 19 and at this time I am still checked in. I have my breakfast at summit as the are 1 company, it's running 1 month and their hospitality is exceptional for me. Since day1 I feel taken cared of, their morning smile is so warm. I really get their names to give this review because I owe to them may remaining days for making it wonderful. Blanche who always greet woth her beautiful smile, from that moment you will have a great day ahead.. Then you will meet the 3 beautiful girls happily asking if I'd have hot choco,tea or coffee. Thank you to Maria,May and Rose and also Blanche. They are very hospitable, I was a rest.manager in a cruiseship and I would love to have them of given a chance. Thier service is world class. Summit you got great people. Amazing heart, I felt it they are giving real and effective service, not mechanical.. Thank you BLANCHE,MARIA,MAY & MARY ROSE.. I am not leaving yet please continue..Summit they deserve a recognition.. More years Summit Naga.

Although we stayed in the neighbouring Go Hotel, I spent a lot of time in the Summit Cafe, where the food was very good and reasonably priced. However, best of all were the magnificent staff all of whom were very friendly and helpful. I will have no hesitation in recommending Summit/Go Hotel to anybody I know who maybe visiting Naga in the future. Thanks again for a most enjoyable stay.
