ห้องพักอยู่ชั้นหนึ่ง และลานจอดรถอยู่ตรงหน้าต่างพอดี ถ้าต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวก็เปิดม่านไม่ได้ ดูเหมือนจะเป็นอาคารไม้ ได้ยินเสียงฝีเท้าจากชั้นบนชัดเจน และบางครั้งก็มีเสียงแปลกๆ ที่ไม่สามารถอธิบายได้ โชคดีที่ฉันได้ห้องอื่น

ห้องพักสวยงามและค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง ฉันมีปัญหาในการทำความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษที่พนักงานต้อนรับพูดมากเลยค่ะ 😥 บริเวณรับประทานอาหารเช้าเล็กมากและมีให้เลือกน้อยมาก

We booked for 1 room with 2 queen beds and non-smoking but upon arrival it’s not available. Thay give us king size bed and extra bed. The room was extremely cramped once the extra bed was added, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they claimed the odor was coming from the air conditioner and would eventually go away—though it never actually did. The bathtub was clogged, and the telephone and hair dryer weren't working, so I had to go to the front desk in person whenever I had a concern. I informed the front desk again about the strong smell of smoke and asked if we could switch rooms, but they said there were no vacancies and that our payment was non-refundable if we cancelled; we were forced to stay since it was already late and we were exhausted from our trip.

I stayed here for four nights. First of all, the front desk staff were very friendly. However, the air conditioner in my room was not working properly, so it never got cool. When I checked the filter, it was full of mold and frost. It was so hot that I had to keep the window open during my stay. Also, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

I recommend this place.

The room was clean and tidiness. There was no elevator, so a little bit inconvenient to carry baggages upstairs.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good value for the money.

Affordable and convenient place to stay!!!

Breakfast was so dry. I know their policy is not to bring some breakfast inside the room and i understand that but they have to be compassionate and considerate because my friend is not feeling well

Very accessible but my room floor was so sticky and smells like cigarette. Maybe because my room is close to the parking lot.

Nice enough room for the price. I only stayed for a night but the guy on reception was welcoming on checking in and the room had all of the required amenities for a short stay. The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.

It was good, but just noisy at night 

I'm not impressed with this hotel, the fitness center does not have a treadmill, the furniture is very dirty and the free breakfast does not include any meat options. The location is good.
