Do not waste your money on ALL INCLUSIVE at the hotel. Since reviews of the hotel began it has always been highlighted that’s the food is bad and the bar service is problematic. Nothing has changed . The food is virtually the same every lunch and dinner and one poor sole has to staff the busy bar resulting in an horrendous queue . The management change nothing to save money. The savvy traveller uses the hotel as a b&b base and walks to the many bars, cafes, restaurants nearby to vastly improve the quality of their holiday and make the most of the great location. The hotel is in need of extensive tlc. Rooms are basic but clean . It is nowhere near a 4 star . A disappointing stay. The Sheraton or Barcelo hotels either side are a much better choice

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy buena, ubicado en un pueblo con mucho ambiente y paseos al lado de la costa. El personal del hotel muy amable y resolutivo, el bufet muy variado y de calidad, y la habitación e instalaciones grandes y cómodas.

Un hotel perfecto si te gusta estar cerca de la playa. El personal muy correcto y las instalaciones cuidadas.

El lugar esta bien, pero tal vez hayan mejores hoteles por el mismo precio. La Playa de Caleta de Fuste es ideal para recorrer la isla porque esta en el centro de la misma, con un coche tienes 1 hora para arriba y otra para abajo desde este hotel para ir a las mejores playas. Tambien te puedes relajar en la playa que tiene el hotel con una piscina artificial hecha por el mar muy linda.
