Good service..

Nice people. Had huge earthquake. Old place but obviously strong. Everything worked. Central location.

I like the stay

We walked for about 5 minutes from the Calbayog bus station. Got room 410 having sea view. Room door, mirror and shower room door are made from good quality materials, not the regular types we see in other hotels of the same price range. There’s an elevator.Their highest floor is 4th floor. The aircon has heater mode. I used cool mode first and the whole floor was wet after a few minutes so I changed to dry mode and the floor became dry. The Reception lady who quickly checked us in is a nice pleasant lady. They can boil water in an electric kettle at the Reception for 10 Peso if you need to make your instant coffee. They provide basic toiletries but no drinking water. Good hot shower. Toilet flush works very well.

Meaco is a good little hotel centrally located in Calbayog City. There is a small mall right across the street and the larger mall is just a short tricycle ride away. Small, interesting shops are just steps away. The rooms are comfortable but not much in the way of amenities like a reftrgerator.or view. The airport is about 25 minutes away.

Good place to stay

Simple budget hotel . First time in visiting this city will try other hotel next time around. The room i reserved was not available and they offered me a lessor sized room it worked out but i did not get the credit as the room i reserved rate was higher
