โรงแรมใกล้กับ Silver sun, ไคโร

Tôi sẽ không bao giờ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bất kỳ bạn bè và gia đình của tôi, quản lý của họ tệ, không có dịch vụ khách hàng. Tôi đến từ California một tuần để đám cưới của con gái, tôi đã đặt 7 đêm, mặc dù đuổi sư phụ sử dụng Expedia, và sau một đêm kế hoạch của tôi đã thay đổi. Tôi liên hệ với khách sạn để xem tôi có thể thanh toán sớm 2 đêm không, họ nói rằng đặt phòng của bạn đã thanh toán trước qua Expedia và tôi cần gọi điện cho các bạn để thông minh, tôi gọi cho Expedia và vì sự khác biệt thời gian họ không thể đến bộ phận đặt phòng mà chỉ hoạt động từ 8h sáng đến 5h chiều. Sau đó tôi được bảo gọi lại trong giờ công việc của khách sạn, tôi gọi lại vào ngày hôm sau tôi được Expedia bảo họ ok với tôi trả phòng sớm nhưng họ sẽ cần liên hệ với khách sạn để hoàn lại một phần. Tôi được đặt tùy và sau đó tôi được thông báo rằng họ không thể gọi ai từ khách sạn, họ sẽ thử lại và sau đó họ sẽ gọi lại cho tôi khi họ có thể đến họ. Tôi đã nhờ nhân viên lễ tân vui lòng phản hồi khi Expedia cố gắng gọi cho họ và tôi đã trực tiếp được lừa đối với mặt của tôi và được thông báo rằng điều này không có gì liên quan đến khách sạn vì và đó là quyết định Expedia vì tôi đã trả phòng qua họ. Ngày hôm sau tôi gọi Expedia trở lại để biết khách sạn đã hủy tín dụng thanh toán sớm, tôi yêu cầu nói chuyện với một người quản lý lễ tân nói dối tôi một lần nữa nó không phải với khách sạn, nó phụ thuộc với Expedia không biết tôi đã gọi Expedia và người đại lý dịch vụ khách hàng đang đọc phản hồi từ ghi nhận xét của khách sạn, tôi đối mặt với quản lý khi anh ta phát hiện ra tôi có Expedia trên điện thoại loa ông ấy yêu cầu tôi nói chuyện với họ nên anh ta lại nói chuyện với tôi và nói với tôi bất kỳ BS nào mà không Expedia nghe thấy nó, rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp.

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

I love Hilton and tend to stay at them due to status but this one my goodness. The hotel looks so  nice on the inside you arrive go in the Lobby and its like wow but  the outside look especially  by the pool area looks terrible. The only good service we had at this Hilton was Martina Naeim whom  emailed us before coming to this Hilton she helped by accommodationing  us with early check in. The check in desk isn't really traditional  its just common deskz which throws you off.  Ola was our  front desk person and she waa great and  helpful she  explained the policy and procedures as we checked in early from the airport, dropped our luggage in our room and went for an excursion for the day. We got back around 3pm and went to the pool area. As soon as we got to the pool area some man with a life guard shirt started asking us about a $1 stated we owed money and to pay our bill.  We just back got to the hotel after our day excursion and we  were only here for one day so we were supper confused and this interaction and the man never came  back so it left a sour taste. Next  after this experience we wanted beer from the pool bar which for some reason  the bar was out of most of there beers. We did get one and hung out by the pool area but 20 mins after getting our beer the bartender  comes with a check stating he is closing in 20 mins so we asked for another one which he got one and we signed the checked. We thought that the area must close soon. It started getting loud in the pool area due too 2 weddings in the area.   Well 30 mins after the bartender  brought out the 2nd beer this  same bartender walked  back and forth asking if we wanted another beer. We assumed he be closed by now since he told us he be closed 30 mins prior so we were definitely not gonna order another one as we were upset that he lied and then the pacing back and forth was not very pleasing. Plus the noise from both parties began  to make it unbearable  to be outside. Definitely don't get a room facing the pool this was terrible.  Two  weddings were going on outside and the pool area was not relaxing so went to our room. This was even worse the noise from both parties made the room vibrate and was so loud, it was very hard to get sleep.  The good about this place was the lobby which is gorgeous, the beds were super comfortable and I loved having the complimentary airport shuttle to the airport every hour.  But this is not Hilton I suggest. No shuttle service from airport, no complimentary breakfest bags(we had early flights so didn't get to enjoy breakfast), and no happy hour deals. Not a place I would come back to. Hope they come back with Hilton standards.

Esta situado cerca a los pirámides, es todo estilo bungalow, en planta baja. Los jardines son preciosos y la piscina bien. El servicio muy amable siempre. Nos ha encantado y volveremos. Si tu plan principal es visitar Cairo, este hotel esta a 45 min en taxi.

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

We arrived to Cairo to stay at the marriot hotel, a former beautiful palace. Unfortunately and even though we were given a really nice garden view room, we had some problems (noises) with the bathroom pipes during the night. Nevertheless the following day we explained the problem and we were not only changed without any question but offered an even better room! Thanks Qamar for all your help! This is what a 5 star hotel should be!
