คุณซาฮาร์เป็นหนึ่งในพนักงานที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยเจอที่โรงแรมนี้ เธอสุภาพ เป็นมืออาชีพ และเต็มใจช่วยเหลือเสมอ เธอทำให้การเข้าพักของเราสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น ขอบคุณนะ ซาฮาร์

ทริปนี้ฉันพักอยู่เกือบ 2 สัปดาห์ ห้องพักสวย ราคาก็สมเหตุสมผลและฉันก็อยู่อย่างสบาย อาหารเช้าไม่เหมาะกับรสนิยมของฉัน ฉันเลยกินแค่ประมาณ 4 วันเท่านั้น ข้อเสียคือคุณสามารถได้ยินเสียงถนนโดยรอบได้ง่ายเกินไป และการใช้ลิฟต์ก็ยากนิดหน่อยเพราะอยู่ในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง ฉันคิดว่ามันจะดีขึ้นหลังจากการก่อสร้างเสร็จสิ้น และหาทางเข้าโรงแรมยากนิดหน่อย แต่ตัวห้องเองก็ดี พนักงานก็เป็นมิตร

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing and the overall experience was nowhere near what I expected. Horrible experience

I booked three rooms but gave me only two. They said they have no enough rooms. Until I called the police for them.

The food at balcony floor was very good and fresh, the workers were very kind especially Hamdija. Very good hotel ,clean, simple, and prepared for their guests.

Stay due to hotel location near to railway station. Free breakfast provided. Room is clean and price is good.

I love it, good location and great staff with great price, good option for friends and family

The hotel is nearby the train main station of Cairo, just 5 mins walk.

This hotel is simple in terms of facility and services. But, it was good enough for me. The cost was reasonable and location was convinient for me. Only thing I want to complain is the shower room. After taking shower, I needed to wipe water spiled over outside the shower room.

It was nice and clean but at night they room service to annoying me for sleep

I find it the cheapest hotel near Cairo Railway Station but there were constructions going on which smelled bad

The hotel is well placed near ramsis railway station and other go bus and blue bus station but the safeguard asking for tip because he bring luggage to the room is not good

all is nice but clean average nice Lounge room very good
