Floriana Villas

If you get the chance to go to Cairns then you have to stay in these villas, they are amazing. We stayed in villa 5 at the back, it had everything you needed, the terrace was huge, the owners are very helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Cairns. It was outside the centre which was lovely as it was quite but only a bus ride into the centre.

A beautifully setup villa. We had 2 couples and felt very comfortable. An easy drive into Cairns town. It was lovely to be close to water and a park. Everything you need was available to us. Kudos to the owners a beautiful place that is very well maintained.

We stayed at Floriana Villas for 7 nights in April. We had a bumpy start as there are two properties down the driveway and we didn't follow the instructions properly so ended up trying to get our keys from the wrong lock box. We stayed in #5, at the back. The apartment is great and the huge balcony is fantastic. I imagine the views from the front ones are better but that wasn't a huge problem because we just went out and spent time *in* the view. Location wise, excellent. Not too close to the main *****, but still easily walkable. Right on the boardwalk, and several great cafe's only a few minutes stroll away. The car park can be a bit tight for big cars, and the garage door was entertaining. Also, the driveway can be easy to miss. As with many places around that part of Cairns, if the wind is going in the right direction the planes fly close by. Obviously not a problem if you are out enjoying things. Inside the place is clean and secure. Fridge, washing machine, couch, table and chairs, and bathroom, were all present. TV in the lounge, and air con units as well as ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. Thankyou to the owners for the smooth experience and lovely place to stay.
