As soon as this was brought to our attention, our team followed our established procedure, including isolating the room, laundering the guest’s belongings and carrying out the required treatment and inspection. We can confirm that our follow-up found no evidence of bed bugs in the room.We’re also disappointed to hear about the insects you observed and have followed this up as part of our ongoing pest-control program.Thank you for acknowledging the way our team responded at the time. Our themed nights, daily social hour and nightly events are all about meeting people and getting stuck into the fun. 🎉Yep, clubside dorms do carry the music from the venue until late, perfect if you’re here for the party, but for an early night we recommend one of our quieter rooms away from the club. Our reception team is available 24/7 if you need help choosing a room that is right for you
