Very comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

Beautiful location, clean and thoughtfully designed room and bathroom. The amenities are all provided and the team is very professional. Nearby Esplanade, cafes, Woolworths. Parking spots are often available in front of the property on the street.

Very comfy and rooms are very spacious .. friendly staff amd walking distance to many Cairns tourist attractions

The hotel is conveniently located but it doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. I say it is more like a 3 star hotel.

Quiet and good location hotel. All rooms are recently remodeled with comfortable bed and a fridge. Room is spacious and clean. Big smart TV. Nice small swimming pool. WiFi connection is not very stable, on/off. Front desk staffs seemed nice. Overall a good experience.

レセプションカウンターの対応は、個人差があるので、あまり気にならない。清潔感は満足。ただ、ミネラルウォーターの2本くらいのサービスが、あっても良いと思う。ラマダとここだけ泊まったので、あとの比較ができない。wifiの接続はよかった。2度の朝食も、満足した。プールも小さいが、のんびり過ごすのには、良いと思う。

很古老的酒店，前2天住的親子房，2個房間，相對比較好一點，後面因為航班問題又定了一個3人房1晚，就不是很好，衞生間一股味道。

家人們，善意強力提醒！整個酒店看上去像是招待所 1. 前台第一告知你電梯壞了暫時聯繫不到人修，去澳洲一般都是大箱子行李，自行搬上樓 2. 房間極為簡單 找不到水 牙刷 地巾，且問了也説沒有，説環保建議和水管水 3. 空調是掛壁的 對着你床吹 別提多得勁 4. 信號極差 wifi極差 是不是能連上網看你的福分 5. 床上沒有被子 給一層薄薄的被套 加上對着吹的空調 你們感受下 6. 枕套有數不盡的黴斑 ！！！因為在凱恩斯 所以每天安排了很多活動，想説在房間時間不多要不忍吧，但住到第二晚是在無法忍受，攜程還是給力，迅速幫忙退了房安排了新酒店；一定要避開這件酒店！

地理位置優越，步行可達碼頭、中央商場等地；服務態度好，前台積極迴應客人需求；房間設施舒適，衞生良好。總之，很不錯的住宿地。連住三晚。

立地は街の中心部からとてもアクセスが良く、徒歩圏内だったので良かった。部屋はとても清潔な印象で好感が持てました。スタッフの対応も申し分なかったです。ありがとうございました。
