Very nice and clean, great location too, staff friendly, held luggage for us on our last day.

We stayed in an executive room on the eighth (of nine) floors in mid-July.  The executive lounge was generally poorly stocked and food and drinks often unavailable with no staff around for over a couple of hours at a time. We were here for seven nights, so have a reasonably good time frame to judge.  The swimming pool is surprisingly frigid in July, actually unpleasantly cold when there was any kind of breeze or cloud cover.  The bathroom shower drainage was not ideal: every short shower resulted in puddles on the bathroom floor; long showers meant the whole floor was covered in standing water.  Every time the neighbors used the spa or coffee machine, the noises were very loudly transmitted into our room.  The balcony was very nice and the wicker furniture comfortable.

The location is ideal. Near to everything you need to visit in Cairns, Great Barrier Reef wharf, water park, restaurants, museums. When you have to get up early to meet your tour schedule, location is the key. Very friendly staff. Room is clean with amazing water view. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices. Although in view of the age of the hotel, it has little tears and wears, 4 stars service and comforts are something we are looking for, instead of some fancy golden decoration in the hallway. We definitely will come back when we visit Carins.

Great location, service. Hotel is old nonetheless and several bathroom trimmings are rusted.

I really grew to like this hotel. Immaculately clean rooms, crispy clean linen and towels, fast top level room service, great choice for buffet breakfast. A real sized swimming pool, and free ev charging in the underground parking. As a bit of advice - do pay that little bit extra for an ocean view room, if you plan to spend any time in you unit, it makes a huge difference.

The house keeper entered my room before I check out. And the counter told me they will investigate it, but I haven’t received any response after that. I’ll never book Hilton anymore .

The hotel was extremely customer friendly. We had booked an ocean view room and they initially did not put us in that. When we went to get it corrected, they not only put us in an oceanview room but also gave us free breakfast for two days. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was super convenient.Overall was a fantastic stop.

My family and I had a wonderful time while I stayed in the Hilton hotel. The staffs were very kind and helpful, we spent a lot of time in gym and played table tennis and we loved them!!
