Hostel San Marino

ロープウェイの駅まで徒歩20分くらいとそこまで悪くないアクセスではあったものの，かなり宿泊代が安いこともあってかやはりあまり設備は充実していなかった。

케이블카 타는 곳까지 20분 정도 걸어가서 케이블카 1분 남짓 타면 바로 관광 구역입니다. 바로 옆에 큰 마트도 10분 거리에 24시간 맥도날드도 있음

On arrival the hostel looks run down, nothing like the photos, the parking area feels very unsafe. Then you have to walk through an abandoned night club to get to the lift. When I got to reception no one was there, rang the bell 3 times and waited nearly 30mins until the lady arrived to check me in. By this point I had been stood feeling very uncomfortable and decided to leave and not stay here. It did not feel safe at all. I've stayed in many hostels all over the world and never felt this uncomfortable. They also charge for linen which is not listed on *******, or let people bring their own which is a breeding ground for bedbugs.... Once checking other sites for reviews I realised I had made a mistake. They also won't refund for any reason. Its clear the owner doesnt care about the presentation of the hostel, the atmosphere (zero atmosphere) or the customer service. Being the only hostel in San Marino people are left with limited choices. If solo travelling i wouldn't reccommend this hostel, if not alone then maybe it would be ok, but don't expect an atmosphere. If you have a car go elsewhere back to Italy, where you can get a hotel room for just a bit more, and a bit of a drive.

Bedbugs - extreme amount! Got hundreds of bites from bedbugs - after one night! Killed three of them in the morning, confirming that it was indeed bedbugs that bit me. Location is about 3 km away and 300 meters below the old town of San Marino - which is quite the hike even for people in shape. The shower room is.. interesting, somewhat see-through walls and not gender segregated. The bunk beds aren’t stable and there was a sweet smell in the room (which later I found out was due to the amount of bedbugs). The kitchen was a bit messy, but there’s a grocery store around the corner. Good AC. The staff was notified about the bedbugs, but I’m not convinced that they will fix it anytime soon.

Don’t expect much The only hostel in San Marino - but you could have hoped for a better one. I stayed one night in a 8 person dorm in June 24. There was no lockers, no shelves or power plugs at each bed. Not easy to get up in the top bed. No railing, so you can fall down. Missed more toilets and bathrooms.

Assolutamente DA EVITARE. Dopo averci dormito tre notti, sono finita al pronto soccorso per le punture delle cimici da letto. Ovviamente ho lasciato la stanza (ritrovandomi a dover cercare un'altra sistemazione in gran fretta) e le persone della reception, che sono state pure gentili, non erano nemmeno stupite e hanno detto che hanno questo problema da anni. Evidentemente andrebbe chiuso.
