The hotel is a beautiful one, no doubt about it, but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with. It is like most things you need to pay for. Needed to iron my clothes, I was told that I needed to pay for the service due to safety issues. Will get my stuff in 48 hours. If I wanted it earlier, I had to pay more. To get to the beach, I was i formed that I need to pay for a ferry to get me across... all this should have been said before a persons book. The hotel is a secluded, nice area. In order to navigate a taxi is a must unless one wants to walk for 30 minutes in the scrotching sun to catch the train or bus. Uber service is better than the taxi you would get from the airport as it is costly. The food was good, in terms of variety ilI would say no, but it terms of taste yes great. Kudos to the chef. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Some drinks, however, are watered down. I love pina Colada, but wow, i had no clue what I got there. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay, entertainment, the rooftop, top superb ( was there every evening).

Good Hotel at a reasonable price. The part we stayed in was clean and modern, nice spacious room. I liked the spa - Sauna / steam room / Jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. However no room service, and lunch / dinner seemed to be an all you can eat buffet, which is fine if thats your thing. Pool looked a bit of an odd colour and I couldn't find the gym. However overall worth the money and enjoyed our stay, would come back.

Hotel moderno, limpo, agradável e confortável. Bom pequeno almoço!

Hotel com excelentes instalações. O sítio perfeito para aproveitar o bom tempo do Algarve. Próximo de uma praia fantástica. O pacote de escolhi foi de alojamento e pequeno almoço. O único ponto fraco foi mesmo a qualidade do produtos no pequeno almoço. Os sumos são de pouquíssima qualidade, mini pastelaria quase inexistente e wafles muitos más. O mesmo se repete ao jantar. Decidimos jantar no hotel e o buffet é muito pobre e sem qualidade. Não sei se está relacionado com os pacotes all inclusive que maioria dos hóspedes tem, mas acho que é um ponto a melhorar para a satisfação dos clientes. Adoramos na mesma, mas sem dúvida que caso volte, farei as refeições fora do hotel.

Positives: Nice clean, modern hotel Plenty of sun beds Food well cooked Staff work hard Nice beach ferry taxi takes you to a nice beach Help yourself to wine and not too bad either Value for monet Negatives: Felt like I was just staying there and not a guest as such. Some staff were trained by Basil Fawlty I think. Food was like a family bbq where everyone was to bring an unrelated dish. Food was tepid at best and plates cold even from plate warmer. A lot of fish and seafood which made choice even more limited if you couldn't eat it. Had a twin room and frosted glass that separated shower from bedroom did not hide much. Tea and coffee facilities in bedroom but no milk or creamer so could not use. Room door to balcony would not lock. Pool was the coldest I have ever known and as seagulls float on it there were some large deposits at the bottom. Overall- ok but wouldn't return

I'm late in writing this review as I couldn't find my login details for the app! My partner and I stayed here in May 2024 for 10 nights. The location is perfect, and the views are beautiful overlooking the nature reserve. We had an upgraded room, which was large and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was lovely, and beds were always available. The drinks were really nice, although it did take a while to get served at the bar sometimes and not all of the staff were the friendliest. (Most of the staff were nice, though). Meal times were rather chaotic, and this is where constructive criticism comes in on my part. They were severely understaffed. No table places were ever laid, and you had to keep going up and asking for a table to be cleaned and laid. If you wanted a clean plate, glass, or cutlery, you had to keep going up and asking, which was a bit frustrating. Considering it's a four star hotel, you shouldn't have to keep trying to find someone to do the basic things which are generally standard in a hotel of this calibre. The food was decent, though. There is a little town which is about a ten minute walk away, which was pleasant to visit, and Tavira isn't too far away, which is worth visiting. The beach is a slight walk away but absolutely gorgeous. It's clean and vast, and the sand is probably nicer than some beaches I've stayed at in the Caribbean. The hotel was relatively new when we stayed, and the service may well have improved since. There's also a rooftop pool, which is quiet with a bar area. I would recommend this hotel, but the staff would do with some training and they need to employ more of them. I would recommend this hotel. It's not perfect but has lots of redeeming qualities.

An excellent hotel providing real value for money. Our bedroom was spacious and well appointed with lovely views over the surrounding wetlands. Well-designed bathroom with excellent shower, altogether very comfortable. The food was surprisingly good in the main buffet restaurant, not quite so good at the poolside grill. The quality of the drinks was also much better than expected on an all-inclusive package. The pool area is comfortable and spacious with plenty of sunbeds available at all times of day. Staff are helpful and polite, and there are a few nice little touches with staff circulating with complimentary fruit, pastries and flowers for the ladies!

This hotel is not actually in the town of Tavira. It is 15 mins by bus from the town and the hotel does not provide a shuttle bus. The hotel is attempting to be high end but doesn't actually make it. The rooms are just OK bathrooms are a good size but really could do with a deep clean; the restaurants provide a very limited selection of food. Some staff are helpful but there are some, particularly behind the bar and at reception, wno are disinterested and could really do with some training. Don't expect evening entertainment at this hotel, they just play loud music and that's it! There's no control of loud/drunk guests walking through the restaurant whilst guests are eating, the management are simply not interested. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel and would have huge reservations in recommending it.
