"I live in Abu Dhabi and, due to the current war-related conflict situation we are experiencing, my flights to Poland have been cancelled. I tried to contact the hotel explaining my situation and that I cannot travel not because I don’t want to, but because the airspace is closed due to missile attacks and the ongoing conflict. However, the hotel has not even had the decency to reply to my messages and has refused the cancellation of the single night I had booked. This is the only hotel among all my reservations that has denied my cancellation. I find it truly disappointing that, in the middle of a war-related situation, they are not even capable of responding to messages. Trip.com also tried to explain the situation and request the cancellation on my behalf, but they refused to accept it. I will never book a hotel in this chain again, as they have only shown that they care about the money and have absolutely no human understanding."

"Service first class, washing machine small and is outside the bathroom. When the shower battery was gone from the wall, the frank was broken, the walls painted but you can see inaccuracy. Breakfasts are delicious."
