Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. I'm unlikely to stay here again, but I must admit that the cleanliness and friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went "above & beyond" to assist me at 1.30am (Sorry I couldn't remember his name)

Very nice hotel. Spacious room with double bed ( very very comfortable) and they also open the sofa bed since we were 2 adults and two children. The sofa bed was comfortable and big enough for two adults. Bathtub in the bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee. Small fridge At the entrance there is a fountain water with still water and sparkling,. We paid for the breakfast and it was worth, big variety and very good

This hotel, located in Bussigny, about 15 minutes from Lausanne, has some nice features -- the rooms are generally pleasant, the breakfast is good (although not cheap), and the restaurant is high quality. Unfortunately, there are some shortcomings that keep it from being really top notch. The housekeeping is spotty -- one day all of our towels were removed by the housekeeping staff but none were replaced. On another, the cleaning was incomplete. The air conditioning was fairly noisy. And like too many hotels these days, even in summer they give you a heavy comforter that necessitates cranking up the air conditioning to sleep comfortably. If you're going to be in Bussigny this is a reasonable choice (there's only one other hotel), but needs to do a bit of work to be a really good choice.

For a business hotel you would think the front desk staff would be competent enough to do their job. After countless stays I became increasingly more fed up with dealing with the Front desk. I am asked to verify my billing address prior to check-in but I lost count of how many times the bill ends being wrong anyway. The staff at reception always seem disinterested in their jobs and seem to have lost any passion they might have had. You should have a better grasp of what is important for your guests and in my case I had made it clear on multiple occasions it was a bathtub but this simple request was rarely met despite mentioning many times I would rather wait longer for such a room than have an early check-in. My advice to others would be to pay a little extra and stay at the Movenpick. I honestly regret not having done this sooner.

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restraint and choice of foods at breakfast and evening meal. We stayed for a total of seven nights in two stays during July. Including sharing the hotel with three Tour d' France cycling teams. A first-rate uncomplicated hotel with excellent staff.

Good location for a holiday (many sights within one hour) or a stopover (near highway), friendly staff, nice swimmingpool and fitness, tasty breakfast and a big Samsung smart tv (Netflix via smart view van Samsung :-). Also, not unimportant, the hotel and room were clean. Compliments for the housekeeping. We enjoyed the hotel very much. We booked the hotel for 4 nights.
