Super Unterkunft. Von A-Z hat alles geklappt. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Kindern. Am Abend war es ab 22.00 uhr sehr ruhig im Hof und auch mit offenen Fenstern lässt es sich so gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war zum Geniessen in einem schönen Saal. Allgemein ist diese Jugendherberge wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Museum ist top und mit Kindern sehr gut machbar. Es gibt ein Rätselspass, basteln, Truhen öffnen, Schatzkisten und vieles mehr. Es lohnt sich dieses Museum zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zum Empfehlen

We stayed for a couple days over the easter holiday. We stayed in the Annex, not the main hotel. The annex is a bit farther away from the main public areas. The room was comfortable, and the window was facing the Munster. It was a fairly quiet room and very comfortable. The linens on the bed were comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, both in the reception and the bar. Due to dinner arrangements, we did not take dinner nor breakfast at the hotel. We did however, go to the bar for a post-hike drink. There is a parking garage in the annex, but we parked our car at the Baseltor garage. The hotel is also about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is very conveniently located in Solothurn, and is our favourite now for our frequent short stays in the town. We will definitely stay in the hotel during our next stay.

Proche de la gare en plein centre Hôtel récemment rénové. Literie de qualité mais un peu trop souple pour moi. 2 duretés d’oreiller =＞ très bien. Chambre standard petite. Avons dès lors opté pour chambre supérieure. Étonnamment 1 seul fauteuil pour grande chambre de 2 personnes. La réception: lors de notre checking, l’employé qui ne parle pas français nous informe que le mini-bar est free of charge. En fait celui-ci est rempli deux2 petites bouteilles d’eau qui ne seront pas remplacées le lendemain pour notre 2eme nuit. =＞ un peu mesquin quand vous payez 200 chf soit deux cent euro la nuit sans petit-déjeuner. Les hôtels sont tjs très chers à Berne en raison d’une offre au centre-ville très limitée . Mieux vaut choisir les hôtels situés un peu à l’extérieur pour limiter les frais. . Transport public de Berne assez dense
