Went to visit family and this hotel was so convenient in the city centre, sleeping very comfortably too .

Nice , clean, close everywhere, beautiful view, good breakfast and great customer service. We will go back

Stayed here as part of a tour of Vietnam. Large spacious hotel with clean modern rooms and helpful staff. Very convenient hotel to stay. When you venture into town for a meal very exciting no English spoken.Take your phone translator with you !

I left my $200 in my room and called them after checkout. They never responded.

The lobby look lovely, cute decoration of Tết, the lounge make good drinks… the room, bed is comfy, very spacious room, lots of space… my room is 514, at night or in the morning, theres always someone walking on top of my room or doing something, lots of noises, even late night, the room isnt sound proof, so u can hear all the noises, the morning even lots of noises when everybody wake up, breakfast not too hot, i come down around 8:30-9, some plate already out, take long to refill all the foods for late wake up customers… and the bún bò huế is something i never seen and eat before, its funny…. Didnt like the breakfast buffet that much… although its a convenient location, close to everything… walking distance to my favorite restaurant… thats a plus…

This 4 star hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a lifesaver for us after a homestay we had booked months in advance cancelled on us just before our flight took off. Elephants Hotel was able to get us a room last minute at a fairly reasonable price. The location is great, in the heart of BMT, about a 5-10m walk from the World Coffee museum. The rooms are extremely clean and very spacious, there are restaurants and room service, as well as a outdoor pool to check out. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a mix between a continental breakfast and a more traditional vietnamese one, along with a ton of options for fresh juice or coffee. The entrance lobby is beautiful with lots of seats around some gorgeous courtyards you can sip a morning coffee in. One thing id note is that despite the no smoking signs everywhere, we encountered guests just smoking in lobby of our floor several times. As a result, there was an unfortunate cigarette smell in the hallways most evenings, though the cleaning staff did a good job of removing it each morning. Despite that, id still recommend it if youre in BMT, as the location is hard to beat. I also HIGHLY recommend the Mỳ cay (spicy noodle) shop across the street if youre looking for a place to snack while in town

Extended my stay for another day. Took comfort with the great aircon while weather outside is so hot

Room service was nonexistent. Breakfast was very limited. Overall a 4 star hotel with a 3 star service. First time stay and unfortunately it will be the last. Personally I won’t recommend staying, given that there are so many of other choices.
