This house really has a resort feel and is great for entertaining with speakers throughout the house and patio. I'm not sure what is bringing you to the Phoenix area, but you may never want to leave the house.Not only is the size of the house impressive, but the lot it sits on is big as well. It is almost a half acre lot with no neighbors to one side and a golf course behind it.
