Sink your toes in the sand at Moonlight State Beach, Seaside State Beach or any of the lovely beaches that wind along the gorgeous coastal edge of North County San Diego. Trains and trolleys are available to make various journeys easy and fun. For your little ones, Legoland, San Diego Zoo as well as the Safari Park are just short drives away. Petco Park, go Padres!! is a 30-45 minute drive and even shorter by train. Del Mar racetrack is just to the South and also hosts the San Diego Fair each summer. If you’re into culture and history the famed Balboa Park with its acres of historical buildings, museums, artist village and beautifully landscaped grounds is also a short drive away.The gated and secure grounds of Casa Lone Jack feature a larger than usual and beautifully landscaped front and back yard.
