This cozy villa features an open concept layout with big beautiful windows to see the surrounding tropical paradise. There's a king size platform bed and beautiful walk in tiled shower. It has a fully functional kitchen with stocked coffee/tea bar. There's a front patio to sit and enjoy viewing the mile wide Manatee River and side patio that is fenced in for complete privacy. Follow the path around to the fully fenced in back yard where you'll find a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Walk the gardens and orchard, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool(the pool is shared with 2 other villas). While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. You can see manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sharks, pufferfish, crabs and much more! The fishing is awesome here and you have your own grill to bbq whatever you catch. If you'd rather dip your toes in the sand, head over to Anna Maria Islands beaches. It's a quick 15 minute drive from the villa. You will love the sugary sand, turquoise waters and breathtaking sunsets. Another option is to eat and shop on Bradenton's Main Street, right off the riverwalk. Or check out Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island which also has many shops and old Florida charm.
