A Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided so that you will have all the essentials to get your day started. The outdoor deck has a gas grill. You won’t have to worry about refilling the propane; we’ve taken care of every detail of your experience here.The home accommodates up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All three 1st floor bedrooms offer tv's and queen size beds.2nd FloorThe primary bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a flat screen tv, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bath. The spa-like bathroom has a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. There are also two more upstairs bedrooms that share a hall bath. If you decide to venture out, we recommend taking a long walk and checking out all of the breathtakingly beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Garden Hills is a safe and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Buckhead. Although many cafes, restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk, the neighborhood feels peaceful and secluded. Garden Hills boasts four parks, the closest being Garden Hills Park, is just a 5 minute walk away. There is also an amazing neighborhood pool, also a 5 minute walk. Entrance into the pool is $5.00 per person, children under two enter for free. The pool opens in late May.Guests have complete access to the house and all outdoor spaces.Guests also have access to the basement, where the laundry is located.Please be respectful to the neighbors.
