"since its an airbnb we do not expect a hotel service style. the person in charge is quite responsive. room is neat and clean only the problem is the waiting of the lift need to be improved."

"This place was truly a quiet resort. We took the 5 bedroom unit and it was spacious. Staffs were attentive and replied to all queries promptly. The place was quiet as not many residents. Pool was amazing for the kids and adults. Definitely consider for big families. Worth the money rather than staying in a house."

"Great Stay We had a wonderful stay at Agile Bukit Bintang Suites TRX. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient, and everything was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall service. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable place to stay in Kuala Lumpur!"

"I recently stayed at The Platinum Suites KLCC by Velvetstay and had a great experience. The location is excellent, very close to KLCC and convenient to get around. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. The facilities were complete and comfortable, and everything worked well during my stay. The service was also good and smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families. Would love to come back again!"

"Soho Suites KLCC by GH The guest house is conveniently located near KLCC and you can easily walk through the underground tunnel to Aquaria, KLCC, the Convention Centre and KLCC Park. There are also a few marts nearby, which makes it very convenient for guests. The guest house has three rooms and two bathrooms. Overall, the place was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the surrounding environment was also clean. The master bedroom also comes with a bathtub, which is a nice extra touch. Another plus point is that two parking spaces are provided and guests can park at any available lot. However, the parking area is quite narrow, so it can be a little challenging to manoeuvre. There were a few things that could be improved. The shower heads in both bathrooms were broken, while the washing machine was not functioning properly and had a water leak. The TV is also a little outdated, and some apps are no longer supported. The refrigerator door could not always be closed properly because it was too close to the wiring, making it difficult to shut completely. The water purifier was also not functioning properly, only the hot water was working, while the cold water function was unavailable. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for families or groups looking for a place near KLCC. With some improvements to the facilities, the stay could be even better."

"The first experience during 19 - 20 at Royce Residence was good, however we returned from Penang and stayed for 1 more night at Royce Residence was poor!! Especially in cleanness, hairs were found on the bath towel, washing basin was found partial blockage, iron broad was found broken leg, drying function of washing machine was out of service!! In fact, this stay was unacceptable!!"
