ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก ใกล้กับร้านหนังสือเอเธนส์มาก ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมก็อร่อยเช่นกัน อาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้ามีให้บริการที่โรงแรม กลุ่มผู้บริหารของแอคคอร์ พนักงานบริการในโรงแรมมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก ฉันทำสปาในโรงแรมด้วย และเทคโนโลยีก็โอเค เสียดายนิดหน่อยคือปรึกษากับทางโรงแรมก่อนไปโรงแรมเรื่องค่าแท็กซี่จากสนามบินไปโรงแรม ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้บอกไว้แต่แนะนำบริการไปรับที่สนามบินของโรงแรมเป็นอย่างยิ่ง . . อาร์เจนติน่าถูกมาก! พัดลมดูดอากาศในห้องน้ำเสียงดัง และช่องลมหันไปทางเตียง ตอนกลางคืนไม่กล้าเปิด . . กลัวจะพัดมันออกไป

Walls paper thin, was awoken at least 3 times with other guest arriving at early hours of the morning and talking endlessly…loudly. Very inconsiderate, but hey Im in a new country so it’s not for me to tell them to shut it! Bed linen extremely cheap and wrinkles easily making the sleep quality very poor, bottom sheet would not stay in place. Managed to totally flood the bathroom owing to inadequate glass inclosure to stop water from staying within the bath. Never got a replacement towel for the soaked one I left out to have taken away. TV kept coming on at random times, so I had to totally disconnect it. Air conditioning rattles so had to turn that off - yet I needed it. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable night. I guess I have learnt that you get what you pay for, it was cheap - for a reason. I did not get any restful sleep at all.

โรงแรมมีความสะดวกในการเดินทางเป็นพิเศษ สถานีรถไฟอยู่ตรงข้ามและสถานีรถไฟเชื่อมต่อกับรถไฟใต้ดินใต้ดิน ถัดจากสถานีรถไฟคือสถานีขนส่งของเมืองและสถานีรถโค้ช ทางซ้ายมือเป็นสถานีชมเมือง ท่าเรือสำราญและป้ายรถประจำทางสนามบินอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 1.5 กิโลเมตรโดยการเดินเท้า ไม่ค่อยมีโรงแรมห้าดาวจะมีการเดินทางสะดวกแบบนี้

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ติดกับเสาโอเบลิสก์ ตรงข้ามกับ Clone Opera House สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมนั้นเก่า แต่สะอาดมาก โรงแรมเก่าแก่มาก บริการแผนกต้อนรับก็โอเค บริกรชายโดยทั่วไปมีค่าเฉลี่ย และพนักงานเสิร์ฟมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก อาหารเช้าก็ไม่เลว

A fascinating stay. This is perfectly central to restaurants and things to do. It was frustrating to be woken daily by ”Cambio, cambio!” being yelled all day every day. There are a large number of restaurants around you to go to. If you need power points, good luck. To charge my CPAP machine, the staff had to wrench the bed headboard off the wall. (second of second booking room) The other powerpoint we used were difficult to access, under the desk. One weird thing is that the rooms don't have smoke detectors and when I asked for one, I was ask what had happened to be wanting one. I didn't tell them about the power point supporting the CPAP machine making sizzling noises. (first room). We had to change rooms half way through the trip as we had made 2 bookings and couldn't stay in the same room. Our second room started in one room with no air-conditioning and we moved rooms the next day (first room of the second booking) So yes, over 10 days we stayed in 3 rooms. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. The beds are comfy, breakfast OK. All the windows open up fully so beware if staying with small children. The only English TV station we could find was cage fighting.

Very well appointed, historical hotel. Rooms are modern and very clean. Centrally located near the congress complex. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant is great as is the included breakfast. Plenty to see and do, using this place as a starting point for the city.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.
