Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to several important issues that significantly impacted our overall experience.
Upon arrival, we were not provided with clear check-in instructions, including the entry code, which made access unnecessarily difficult. Inside the apartment, basic amenities were missing—there was no coffee, sugar, or even drinking water available.
Additionally, the listing advertised a Queen-size bed, but the apartment only had a Double bed, which was misleading and less comfortable than expected.
A major inconvenience was the lack of hot water, apparently due to a broken pump regulator, which remained unresolved during our stay. The towels were also of very poor quality, almost feeling like plastic, which added to the discomfort. Furthermore, no one came to replace the towels or provide additional toilet paper during our stay.
The apartment itself lacked sufficient lighting, creating a somewhat dim and uninviting atmosphere. There was also significant noise from both the street and the elevator, making it difficult to rest properly.
Humidity was another concern, as it caused a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the space. From a maintenance and safety perspective, the balcony railing appeared rusty and unstable, which was quite worrying.
Cleanliness and upkeep also need attention—there was noticeable limescale buildup in the electric kettle. Additionally, we were disturbed when someone rang the doorbell looking for the owners regarding another reservation, which suggests a lack of organization and communication from the host.
Overall, while the location may be convenient, the property requires substantial improvements in maintenance, accuracy of the listing, communication, and overall guest experience to meet acceptable standards.
