I was told this is top hotel in Buenos Aires but it’s v worn down n the floor in room creaks everywhere. Service was immaculate though, especially the excellent concierge Esperanza. She’s a walking encyclopaedia n so passionate about her job

Trip.com was helping me with the booking in Argentina during crowded week, offer this hotel with support. Would recommended people to use Trip.com for sure!! This hotel is beautiful with super great service anything you ask for help they will do for you, and very good location

房間很有特色，宮殿的感覺，吃早餐的地方很漂亮，早餐也還行。就是電視沒整明白怎麼開。有歷史感。

Hotel parou no tempo. Percebe-se que já viveu seus dias de glória, porém está muito aquém aos hoteis de luxo de hoje em dia. É muito bem localizado, quartos são amplos, porém muito antigos. O Rooftop é muito bom, recomendo. Café da manhã bom, mas nada excepcional. No geral, para um hotel da classe de luxo, existem muitos outros melhores na cidade. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Chegamos e fomos atendidos pronta e cordialmente. A qualidade da comida (no jantar, no bar à noite, e no café-da-manhã), e o serviço dos garçons, excelentes. Quarto limpo e aconchegante. Não tenho críticas a fazer.

這家酒店是BA最奢華之一，地處黃金位置。步行可以去參觀公墓，隔一條馬路就是Hermes 整體確實是走宮殿風，很復古美麗，和我NYC住的一些金玉其外 敗絮其中的酒店要好多了。服務中規中矩，衹能説是這個價位酒店應該有的服務。在這裏一共住了五晚，初來乍到和即將離開 承載了我太多的回憶🥺Will be back for sure
