Great hotel with very good services. I would stay here again in Buenos Aires

We like perfect hotel…

真是開眼了，同時刷新了我對萬豪和攜程的服務體驗！！！ 首先，説這家當地價格數一數二貴，全球知名的萬豪酒店，洗手間空間逼仄，轉個身都怕碰着門，水龍頭老舊得感覺和我隔着輩分，心想着將就兩晚算了，安心住下，結果晚上洗澡的時候，浴簾輕輕一碰掉了，那個桿差點沒砸着頭，浴巾是白裏透黑的年代感，竟然有明顯可見的污漬，本來分兩個訂單，訂了3晚，入住第一晚後決定退房，在被攜程反覆確認無果的前提下， 早餐後，和前台工作人員確認清楚，可以退房，不會扣除未入住的日期的費用！而後於當地時間上午十點左右退房！ 結果，攜程協調幾天告知：費用無可退還！！！他們出於好心補我一半的錢。 退房時，再三確認，酒店明確説了錢還在代理商那方，衹會收取代理商一晚的費用！ @攜程官方，如果這不是你們認同的官方處理方法，請慎重重新處理並給予新的處理結果，如果這是你們認同的，友善提醒，這涉及欺詐消費者，回國後將依法追究相關責任！

非常好的酒店，尤其是地理位置特別適合遊客，出門就是方尖碑地標，對面的科隆大劇院，附近吃的，玩的，購物什麼都有。

非常令人失望的酒店，設備陳舊，幾乎沒有隔音，門縫寬到能伸進手指，窗外的中央空調吵到無法讓人休息，早餐非常簡陋。絕不會再住第二次。1600多的價格簡直是搞笑。

Lot's of water in the shower area (shower not sealed properly, same goes for the toilet). The door to the room had a big gap at the top of the door so people in the hallway could hear and see in a bit.

The most amazing part of our stay here was the wonderful, warm, friendly, and professional staff. From reception to concierge crew to the breakfast dining staff, it was such an enjoyable experience. Quite frankly, the interactions and engagement of the people at this hotel is the best I have ever encountered!

The BA Marriott was one of the worst experiences I have now. I had convinced my other 2 friends to book this property and they too got the same worst experience and now I lost the credibility. The hotel front is outdated with broken ceiling lights, not cleaned, and is a homeless nest. The front desk staff was not interactive, have to ask questions to know the hotel facilities. The room was one of the worst rooms I have stayed so far in hotels. The linens were cloudly white (not crisp), the wood floor was dirty with gaps, the wallpapers were ripped off, the bathroom door was patched after flood, etc. (too much to point here).

Amazing! Location, friendly and efficient staff, being so well looked-after, privacy, beautiful location for business meetings! Thank you - All beyond Excellent!

Marriott delivered a 5-star experience, making us feel at home at all times when inside the hotel. Staff was friendly and promptly accommodated every request (outlet adapter, room service). Hotel is located at the best part of the city, close to the Obelisk and on the east side of the Avenue 9 of July, which makes walking to the main attractions easily. I will definitely have this hotel at the top of my list when returning to Buenos Aires.

For parking the valet service is a must but it is very efficient and good value for money.
