Very comfortable hotel but location is not the best if you are on foot. Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good, but they were slow to replenish some items when they ran out. If you arrive late evening there is no food available. I had to order out for a delivery, which obviously took a while.

Prior to arrival the staff assisted with arranging an airport shuttle service. The driver was wonderful. Arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with friendly staff willing to assist in anyway possible. Breakfast Buffet was wonderful with lots to choose from for everyone. It was a great relaxing way to start the day with no need to rush out to find a place for breakfast. With checkout being so late there was enough time to go for a walk and enjoy the surroundings. I asked staff to book me a taxi at a particular time and without a fault and gladly they did and the taxi was waiting for me at the allocated time. Rooms were very comfortable with a lovely bed. Nice hot showers that were very much appreciated after over 24hrs of flying.

A beautiful place to stay when you visit Bucharest. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms with comfy beds. It also has the most beautiful furniture. You have a fantastic view in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak several languages - no worries for travellers from any country. Breakfast is fine, and the restaurant looks nice as well. Parking is possible as well, so you don't have to worry about the car.

Good location and ok hotel. Service was really poor. Breakfast was better than expected.

Hotel elegante e moderno, stanze spaziose e pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. Letto comodo con tripli cuscini. Abbiamo chiesto degli accappatoi e ce li hanno fatti trovare in camera. Colazione continentale varia e abbondante, con ricambio di prodotti e prontezza di servizio. Zona ben collegata, a 9 minuti a piedi da Piata Romana. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio..Puedes entrar a cualquier hora y tiene muy buena calefacción..hotel alfombrado..y el desayuno buffet libre está bastante bien..y surtido..

環境滿意，交通很方便，有健身房，房間挺大，衹是設施有點老，靠近馬路的房間會有點吵，早餐很豐富，總體滿意

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück war leider nicht ganz so gut.

Capital Plaza is the hotel in Bucharest where I like to return. It is located conveniently close to public transport, it offers quality services and the staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The food is excellent both at breakfast and in the restaurant; the rooms offer all the comfort, are clean and provide for all your needs. Try it!

Our first visit to this hotel on our trip to Bucharest. Very happy with the contact from the hotel following our booking. Hotel is very clean, and rooms are a good size. Breakfast menu and food was very good. All the hotel staff were very helpful. Highly recommend and will use this hotel again on our future visits to Bucharest.

Nice hotel but very rude receptionist. Tall skinny receptionist was very unwelcoming on arrival and then charged 37 Ron for use of 2 coffee pods in our room. These are complimentary everywhere else so was a weird addition.

I can only say that I had the time of my life, everything was TOP! The music, the vibe, the services, all was organized in a very thoughtful way and in detail so that everyone can dance, enjoy a nice meal and enjoy a great NYE party, having a great time with their friends or family. Thank you for a great event! A la proxima vez! :)
