โรงแรมสะอาดมากและตั้งอยู่เพียง 2 - 3 นาทีในการเดินจากใจกลางเมืองและแกรนด์เพลส สะดวกสุดๆ เพราะเราประหยัดค่ารถบัส/แท็กซี่ได้มาก โรงแรมมีเสียงดังเล็กน้อย เพราะมันเต็มมาก

เราตื่นขึ้นมาด้วยเสียงการปรับปรุงใหม่จากชั้นบน ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำในห้อง พวกเขาต้องการรายละเอียดบัตรเครดิตซึ่งฉันไม่เข้าใจไม่คิดว่าจะปลอดภัย

พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นกันเองมาก ตอนเช็คอินฝนตกหนักมาก พนักงานช่วยชี้ทางเข้าลานจอดรถ เนื่องจากที่จอดรถแคบมากพนักงานช่วยดูที่จอดรถให้ค่ะ แนะนำให้มาพักมาก สะดวกมาก ใกล้แมนเนเก้นมาก

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมหรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า เสมียนร้านค้าก็ไม่เป็นมิตร

Strongly disappointed by my stay at Bedford. At first glance everything looks as it should, but little by little you realise that it's a little rough on most edges: 1) No fridge in the room (there hilariously is a drawer that we can see used to contain a fridge, but is empty now) 2) No basic coffee machine/ water kettle for tea 1) hairdryer needed to be kicked a few times before working Works on the building were noisy and start early in the morning. On both days, the cleaning ladies keep on knocking on doors as of 8AM to clean the rooms, even though check out is at 12! This made me have to rush out of the room, and I lost a pair of headphones in the process. 1 hours after leaving the premises, I realised what happened and called the reception immediately. they redirected me to an email address, by which I've been ghosted for 3 days now. Sounds like a "me" problem more than a Bedford one, but they could at least tell me what's happening with the found items. here, just makes it look like organised theft by their cleaning staff.

It was very good comparing to price. Very close to the center and easy access to every where. Also availability of parking is very good.

Can't fault cleanliness and location but apart from the entrance hall the hotel is tired and needs upgrading. I have been to the hotel many times before and recommended it to friends but this time it was very disappointing and I wont go there again. They seem to have *****ped all facilites and service to the minimum and definitely don't seem to care about the customer experience. On arrival the staff at reception were exceptionally slow and unwelcoming with long queues to check in. The staff were neither helpful nor friendly and at times abrupt and rude. They were uninterested in answering any queries and failed to rectify faults throughout our stay. Having booked 5 rooms there were errors and mistakes with rooms offered against had been booked. I had booked similar rooms at the same time and same rate but the quality and size of the rooms we were given was vastly different. They argued that some of the rooms did not have breakfast included despite having booked for all 5 and had confirmation of booking. They failed to explain we needed tickets for breakfast and failed to give them to us at check in. The rooms were clean but needed updating and redecorating. There were no mini bars or tea/coffee making facilities in the room - but the cabinets had been left taking up space but empty and empty with out shelves so had not been repurposed , taking up space in very small rooms. I had about 4 inches clearance between this cabinet and the bed, making moving around the room awkward. The toiletries provided were sub-standard, a small sachet to cover both body and hair wash which was insufficient for either. The towels were ragged at the edges and needed replacing, further evidence that the hotel has cut back on facilites and quality. Catering was sub standard. There was no way to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning without going to the breakfast room - you could not get tea or coffee in the room before going down to breakfast - and if you only wanted a cup of tea or coffee in the morning you had to pay £12 for the breakfast to access tea and coffee. There was no drinking water available in the room. The breakfast was poor quality with a limited range and the cooked food was limited and cold. What a shame that this ideally located hotel has gone downhill - I would not recommend it to anyone until they get their act together and employ customer friendly, helpful and competent reception staff.

It’s very clean hotel and they have very good breakfast!!!! In the center of Brussels very good location!

Location is good, close to the attractions places at Brussels.
