Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre excellent emplacement, en plein cœur de Bruxelles.Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous comprenons que le bruit et les températures exceptionnellement élevées durant votre séjour aient pu affecter votre confort et la qualité de votre sommeil.Concernant les équipements, en tant qu'auberge de jeunesse, certains articles tels que les serviettes et les produits de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans les dortoirs, mais restent disponibles en supplément à la réception. Nous comprenons néanmoins que cela puisse surprendre certains voyageurs.Les fortes chaleurs que Bruxelles a connues cet été ont été exceptionnelles. Notre bâtiment historique n'est malheureusement pas équipé de climatisation, mais nous prenons vos remarques en considération afin d'améliorer le confort de nos hôtes lors des périodes de forte chaleur.Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.Kind regards,Safestay Brussels Grand Place
