Shameful experience. This hotel is a fake 5-star and the management is a disaster. No valet, AC turned off, and zero service. At check-out, with five large suitcases, the front desk manager was rude and refused any help, telling me to carry everything myself. This is pure management failure and disrespect. Avoid this hotel

Such an incredible hotel right in the heard of Brussels. Would absolutely stay again. The rooms are well appointed with lovely bedding and great in room amenities.

The staff were excellent and the rooms overlooked a beautiful courtyard. Would recommend for any couple looking to stay in Brussels.

great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs at reception. Secure car park, car park entrance has size limitations for car. Breakfast is ok, a few additional asian options, order from menu such as dim sum, waffles etc, also inclusive from buffet breakfast price.

We stayed here for 6 days. The hotel is located at the center of Brussels. Just a few steps away from a famous walking street, Rue Neuve where you can enjoy shopping, eats and extend your city walk to other charming areas including the iconic Manakin Pis, Grand place, and pedestrian zone. If you travel during raining period, they offer a free rental umbrella for 48 hours and you can return and rent it again for free. Room is comfort and spacious. Breakfast is EU standard with hot meal. Free still/sparkling water is available at the lobby.

Amazing hotel, good location, nice rooms and shower facilities. 24 hour gym is awesome but lacks a swimming pool. Still 5/5
