Beautiful hotel, nice decor, very clean, excellent amenities, bed were exceptionally convertible, breakfast is mandatory, good taste and lots of choice. Checkin/out efficiently fast and courteous, thumsup for Ryan. Sofitel Bruxcells is real 5 stars quality hotel and I will definitely will comeback again.

Gym is very simple, even no toilet. Check out experience is not good. It seems management is in poor level. They asked me repeatedly if I had breakfast. I took no extra bed but they didn’t believe and asked housekeeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. This is a rather ordinary hotel. Sound proof needs improvement. Quality of mattress is less than top notch. I feel that the experience was just ordinary.

It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.
