โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่เหมาะแก่การมาเที่ยวและสัมผัสกับทุกอย่างที่บรูจส์มีให้ ห่างจากเบลฟรายและจตุรัสหลัก 2 นาทีอย่างแท้จริง เราขับรถไปเมืองบรูจส์และใช้โรงรถใต้ดินที่ปลอดภัยของที่นี่ตลอดระยะเวลาที่เราพัก ห้องพักสะอาด สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี พนักงานบริการดี เราขับรถไปบรูเกสและใช้บริการรถใต้ดินที่ปลอดภัยของ ห้องพักธรรมดา แต่สะดวกสบายมาก เตียงนอนโดยเฉพาะนุ่มสบายมาก! เราได้ระเบียงเล็กๆ มาก มองเห็นวิวถนน น่าไป ได้บรรยากาศมากๆ เราน่าจะชอบสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในการทําชา/กาแฟในห้องพักและไม่มีเตารีด/ที่รองรีด(แม้ว่าจะมีให้จากรีเซฟชั่นต้องการ) ห้องน้ํากว้างและสะอาดมีน้ําร้อนให้เพียงพอสําหรับอาบน้ํา ถึงแม้ว่าโรงแรมจะมีระเบียงแต่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ เกิน 10 โมงเย็น เนื่องจากมีข้อจํากัดเสียงรบกวน เราจึงย้ายเข้าไปข้างในและได้รับการบริการจาก star stand out ของโรงแรม... Vlaktko ผู้ชายบาร์ที่ดีเยี่ยม เขาทําดีที่สุด Moscow Mules! เขาก็เป็นมิตรและเอาใจใส่และคอยช่วยเหลือเราตลอด เราพบว่าการบริการเช็คอิน/เช็คเอ้าท์ช้าไปหน่อย โดยรวมแล้วอยากแนะนําโรงแรมนี้โดยไม่ลังเลเลยมันตั้งอยู่อย่างลงตัวและถ้าเข้าพักแล้วกล่าวสวัสดีกับ Vlatko!

I booked a last minute deluxe room for a WE with my wife. Stayed there several times before but this was the first time in five years. I received a top floor (5th) room overlooking the swimming pool, harbour with partial seaview in the newest part of the hotel. The room and bathroom were not particularly large but modern and with improved design and furniture, all by all big enough with a comfortable bed. Only a shower in the bathroom (as it is usually in newer hotels). The large balcony was great with wooden floor and could fit two lounge beds. We did not not take the breakfast as we were not impressed in previous visit and found the buffet to be expensive, however we did have dinner on the poolside terrace, the menu is not big, but we found the food to be delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On top of all, the weather was great. We will be back!

23/08 aangekomen rond middernacht! Een heel fijne maar vooral warme ontvangst gekregen van Thais, een super receptioniste! Ze beantwoorde al onze vragen, vroeg zelf of we ontbijt wouden de volgende ochtend! Na een paar problemen met de elektriciteit die nacht in Knokke, stelde ze iedereen gerust dat dit zo snel mogelijk zou opgelost worden! Een jonge inspirerende vrouw! Ze verdiend een dikke pluim! Groeten Alexander en gezin! De kinderen waren heel tevreden met de chocoladekoeken (( liefs Nelly 8j :) ))

Been to this hotel several times over the past years. They provide consistent service. Good location. Good, friendly and efficient reception. Sometimes there's a queue for check-in (even after online check-in) and check-out (even when opted for fast check-out), as there is no separate desk for members. Nice, clean rooms. Slow elevator :-) And, also consistently (so not a one-time-off), totally overcooked scrambled eggs at breakfast. So, quite a few plusses and also a few points of attention. But I am sure I'll be back.

The truth - Acropolis hotel We stayed at this hotel recently - what a big mistake! The “standard” room we booked was tiny, you could not stand up when you got out of bed, the ceiling is literally 1m above floor height! (See pic) You literally have to get on your hands knees to get into bed. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, there is a room next to the reception where you can get a drink but this room was never open. NO AIR-CONDITIONING the room was like an oven. This so called hotel does not even serve lunch or dinner! If you like to listen to tyres screeching all day and evening then stay here, there is a karting track right next door and the noise from this place is constant and deafening! I feel this so called hotel is in financial difficulty, there are unfinished rooms and rooms full of tired dirty furniture. The staff on reception are in need of training, they have developed a blame culture thus every problem is always someone else’s fault. There is a very obvious and unhealthy power struggle going on between reception staff, a woman we called Cruella for obvious reasons seems to be the bad apple here. As an HR Director this is where I would start if this hotel is to survive.

We stay here on regular basis since hotel opening and it was always in a suite, This time it was not available to book so we went for „business suite” thinking that apart from big conference table, everything will be the same. It has really akward layout - toilet is by the front door, then there is long walk to the bedroom where there is a bathroom - it is narrow and only with a shower, not bathtub - sorry I expect both in the suite, just like it is in the one we were staying before. There is a table with 8 chairs, seemingly for the business meetings but there are no sockets nearby at all, except by the kitchenette. Additionally wifi is very poor, My husband went on the important work call and has been disconnected. Phone signal is inconsistent - from E, to 3G to 4G at times. If hotel calls it business suite - it is misleading as it does not have basic business facilities. I would pass the comments by the checkout but receptionist did not ask me how my stay was. She just took the payment without saying much. Since we had this big table we thought we may just as well use it and order room service. You can only do it from 6 pm and 25 euros per burger is pricey but we went for it as there is nothing nearby. We end up bringing it to the suite ourselves. Food was of good quality. We also got 2 drinks for platinum member voucher. Mixed feelings this time.

ที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ในช่วงบ่ายและเย็นจะเต็มไปด้วยนักทานริมทางที่ดื่มกินดื่มกันอย่างคึกคักและเงียบสงบมาก ห้องพักในโรงแรมก็โอเค อาหารเช้าดี เครื่องเทศทุกชนิด เครื่องดื่มทุกชนิด มีที่จอดรถ แต่คิดค่าบริการทั้งหมดน่าจะมากกว่า 25 ยูโร นอกจากนี้ สาวน้อยที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อรับเราใจดีมาก , ขอบคุณ!

My partner and I travelled to Ibis Kortrijk on the way back from the alps for a few night. When we arrived, the reception were polite and informative which we appreciated greatly. We were given a room card on the third floor, the corridors were dark and outdated making it an unpleasant feeling. Our room was no better, photos online of the rooms are very misleading and after we paid over £200 for 2 nights, we were not happy with the room considering we were shown different photos of our room when booking. We went back to reception and asked to upgrade our room, in the end we ended up spending £220 for 2 nights which is obscured for an ibis hotel. We also paid an additional €20 for late departure (17;00 instead of 12;00) as we had a late euro tunnel to catch. The following morning, the breakfast was okay. The yoghurt was all curdled, there were flys on the food and fresh food wasn’t brought out regularly. Once the fruit in the clear container was done, they didn’t bring more out?? The bread and meat however was lovely. But this area needs improvement. The room key cards also disactivated themselves so frequently. We would go out to explore, come back and doesn’t work on the room, so we made numerous trips to and from reception getting this sorted. Parking was near the hotel, but at an underground car park. No street parking nearby. For 2 nights in the hotel, parking cost us €55. €55 for parking, €240 for the hotel including late departure in means almost €300 for 2 nights at an ibis!!!!! The bed was comfy, but the towels in the bathroom were big enough to cover 1 leg, let alone a whole body. The bathrooms were also not particularly clean which again is such a shame, these are such small things to get right! Finally when we came to departure, it came to 12;00 and we had people knocking on the door waking us up as we were trying to get final bits of sleep before a long journey to say we need to leave and we had explained we weren’t checking out until 5. We then go back to bed and at 12;30 reception called saying we’re 30 mins late from checkout???? We had paid the additional €20 for late checkout and this should’ve been communicated and added to the system as we were woken up twice from this which again isn’t on. Overall a pretty disappointing stay. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
