โรงแรมใกล้กับ Fort de Bron, Bron

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

ความคาดหวังต่ําและยังรู้สึกผิดหวัง เราจองห้องพักสองห้องสําหรับการเข้าพักสองวันเพื่อเข้าร่วมคอนเสิร์ต ห้องแรกก็โอเคยกเว้นกลิ่นบุหรี่ แถมยังมีปลั๊กขาดหายไปเลย อ่างอาบน้ํา ไร้ประโยชน์ ห้องที่สองสกปรก ฝุ่นเยอะและเน่าเปื่อยบนผนังหลายที่แต่ที่ฉันรับได้ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะพื้น ห้องพักทั้งห้องเป็นพรมและเตียงด้านนึงก็แช่เปียกๆ ี่เปียกสําหรับเข้าพักของเราแม้หลังจากการบํารุงรักษาเช็คเอาท์แล้ว สามีดิฉันบังเอิญเหยียบเข้าไปแล้วถุงเท้าสีขาวของเขากลายเป็นสีน้ําตาล อีกทั้งยังใช้น้ําหอมบางชนิดในห้องพักและทางเดินซึ่งทําให้น่าเบื่อ อาหารก็พอทานได้ ค่อนข้างไม่มีรสชาดและจืด เราสั่งชาร์คูรี่บอร์ดและชีสที่หั่นแล้วมีขอบแห้ง ขนมปังก็แห้งสุดๆ เหมือนตัดไปวันก่อนแล้วทิ้งไว้ที่เคาน์เตอร์ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แพนเค้กและไข่ก็ดี แต่ที่เหลือไม่มีอะไรมากที่จะเขียนเกี่ยวกับบ้าน โดยรวมเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผิดหวังมาก ยกเว้นล็อบบี้และพนักงาน Lobby สวยและพนักงานน่ารักสุดๆ

Après 3 nuits (payées d'avance)passées à l’hôtel du 5 au 8 juillet 2023 j'ai prolongé d'une nuit du 8 au 9 en accord avec l’hôtesse d'accueil paiement au départ avec les petits déjeuners Dans cette nuit du 8 au 9, alors que je dormais, je reçois un appel à minuit et demi du veilleur de nuit pour me spécifier que : comme je n'étais pas venu, il faudrait que je passe régler la chambre. Je lui précise qu'il me réveille et que je suis bien dans ma chambre entrain de dormir. Il m'intime l'ordre de descendre payer de suite ma chambre. Je lui rappelle qu'il vient de me réveiller et que je règlerai avant de partir, comme convenu lors de la demande de prolongation. Il réagit : ”si vous ne descendez pas payer de suite, je monte”. Une vingtaine de minutes plus tard, il vient tambouriner à ma porte. Je me réveille à nouveau et après avoir ouvert, je lui précise qu'il n'est pas question que je descende payer maintenant. Suite à ces incidents à répétition je ne retrouve pas le sommeil à cause de la surprise et de l’énervement liés à son attitude Le matin j'en parle à l'employée de l'accueil qui s'étonne d'un tel comportement. J'estime ne pas être redevable de cette nuit d’hôtel mais l'employée me dit que si je ne paie pas ce sera à elle de payer. Ne voulant pas la pénaliser je paie et elle me promet un appel du directeur Monsieur NOLHO qui ne manquera pas de me dédommager. J'attends toujours son appel malgré 2 relances téléphoniques de ma part. Une telle attitude est inadmissible.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีมากๆ ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง เสียดายห้องน้ําไม่ปิด(เปิดบนห้องไม่มีประตู) และอยู่ติดกับเตียงพอดี ชั้น 1 สระว่ายน้ําอุ่นและห้องกีฬาอยู่ด้านบน หลอกลวงกับอาหารเช้าแพงมาก (EUR 14 ต่อคน) ไม่มีอะไรเลย

ผมโชคร้ายได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้หนึ่งคืนเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคม2022กับคุณแม่ เมื่อมาถึงพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมากไม่ทราบการปฏิเสธความจริงที่ว่าเราได้จ่ายเงินค่าเข้าพักผ่านดีลในการจองแล้ว เนื่องจากห้องยังไม่พร้อมเราจึงออกเดินทางไปยังใจกลางเมืองและขณะที่เรากลับมาในช่วงบ่ายอีกสองคนที่รีเซฟชั่นพูดภาษาอังกฤษหรือฝรั่งเศสแทบไม่ได้เลยบ่งบอกว่าเราต้องจ่ายเงินค่าเข้าพัก ยังไงเราก็จัดการให้เข้าใจและต้องจ่ายแค่ ”tax de sejour” เท่านั้น - พนักงานต้อนรับดี พูดเรื่องห้องพัก - เข้าใจว่าที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมพื้นฐานสุดๆ แต่สําหรับราคาที่จ่ายไปหนึ่งคงคาดหวังห้องที่พอใช้ได้อย่างน้อยๆ ดี นี่ไม่ใช่กรณีแน่นอน ห้องพักเล็ก - อย่างแท้จริง ไม่มีตะขอแขวนเสื้อผ้า ไม่มีชั้นวางของในห้องน้ํา เหลือตัวเลือกที่ดีที่จะทิ้งอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําไว้ให้หมดบนพื้น ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็ก ๆ สองผืนที่อาจจะใช้ในการตากปาก (อาจจะ) หลังจากทําความสะอาดฟัน - หวังว่าอ่างล้างหน้าไม่ตันและไม่ซ่อมแซม (เนื่องจากเป็นสี่กรณีของเราแม้หลังจากที่ได้แจ้งกับทางรีเซฟชั่นให้ทันท่วงที) ทีวีไม่มีช่องอื่น ถ้าไม่พูดภาษาฝรั่งเศส ฉันเข้าใจว่า เราอยู่ฝรั่งเศส แต่คุณไม่เคยได้ยินดาวเทียมเหรอ แอร์ไม่ทําให้รูเล็กๆ นี้สดชื่น และยิ่งช่วงเดือน พ.ค. เราก็ต้องนอนหน้าต่างเปิดไม่นอน อีกอย่างถ้าไม่ ประหยัดเงินไปพักที่อื่น สําหรับเรทนั้น รับรองได้ที่พักที่ดีกว่านี้แน่นอน

เพิ่งมาพักที่โรงแรม Eklo Lyon เลยต้องบอกว่าประทับใจมาก โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ดูแลดีอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ มีการตกแต่งที่ทันสมัยและมีสไตล์ สร้างความสะดวกสบายและน่าอยู่ แต่สิ่งที่โดดเด่นสําหรับฉันคือพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและสะดวกสบาย ทุกคนที่ฉันโต้ตอบให้ฉันได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างจริงใจและกระตือรือร้นที่จะทําให้การเข้าพักของฉันสนุกที่สุดเท่าที่จะทําได้ ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมเหมาะสําหรับการสํารวจเมือง Lyon สะดวกมาก มีรถรางอยู่หน้าโรงแรม ทําให้ง่ายดายที่จะเดินทางไปใจกลางเมืองและสํารวจทุกสิ่งที่ลียงมีให้ นอกจากนี้โรงแรมยังมีบรรยากาศที่ดีด้วยบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลายและสบายๆที่ทําให้ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมก็เป็นไฮไลท์เช่นกัน มีให้เลือกมากมาย มีบางอย่างให้เหมาะกับทุกรสนิยม ตั้งแต่ขนมอบสดไปจนถึงไข่ ทุกอย่างอร่อยและเตรียมมาอย่างดี โดยรวมแล้วฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรม Eklo Lyon การผสมผสานระหว่างห้องพักที่สะอาดและสะดวกสบายทําเลที่ตั้งที่สะดวกสบายพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและอาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยทําให้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยมสําหรับทุกคนที่มาลียง

ห้องพักสะอาดและอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี ทิวทัศน์ชนบทดีมาก บริษัท พักกับเพื่อนร่วมงานในการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ และไม่มีเวลาไปรอบๆ ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมาเยี่ยมลูกค้า ฉันจะอยู่ที่นี่ต่อไป
