โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก พนักงานน่ารักมาก (โดยเฉพาะพนักงานเสิร์ฟ) ยิ่งกว่านั้นอาหารเช้าทำให้เราประหลาดใจ ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่กล่าวถึงในโฆษณาเช่นเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำหรือรองเท้าแตะในบ้าน - เอาไปด้วยตัวเอง เราผิดหวังกับหน้าต่างของเรา wiev:(

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable trea**ent from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

The hotel has a perfect location as it’s situated 5 minutes by walk from the main square. The rooms were nice with big beds and the bathroom and room were clean and the breakfast was a part of the room price and it was good with a nice range of food, fruits and drinks. Negative points: - the girl at the reception didn’t speak Czech or English which is unacceptable - they ask for 100 eur deposit for the minibar and we have to wait now for 5 days to get our money back. It’s the fist time in my life to see such a situation in a hotel. - 5 star hotel doesn’t even offer a hotel of water for the night for free. The hotel was nice hit definitely not a 5 star hotel. They still have to make efforts in order to meet the standards.

Wir waren ein paar Tage hier in Brno und hier im Hotel Grandezza mit seiner tollen Lage . Das Zimmer ,mit Blick auf den Marktplatz und die wunderbaren Gebäude waren einfach schön. Alle Spaziergänge von hier aus waren wunderbar, ob die Katakomben mit dem Eingang am Markt oder die Kathedrale , sowie die Museen . Das Personal ist sehr höflich und das Frühstück ein Traum. Unsere Suite war sehr groß und gepflegt. Diese Hotel kann man nur empfehlen.

Once we got to the Royal Ricc, we were VERY happy. EXCELLENT location that was an easy walk to SO much (well, except to parking). The rooms were as beautiful as advertised and the beds were quite comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was solid ... not bad but nothing to excite one (but no complaints). Most of the staff spoke some English so interacting with them wasn't an issue if you spoke no Czech. My ONLY complaint about them was that on several occasions, I wrote to them for assistance on various topics and response was quite slow or even non-existent. Bear in mind that this a traditional Old World hotel (as in you leave your key at the front desk on your way out and picked it up on your return) but usually these are the ones with top notch service to help them stand out. But would I return to stay there if I were in Brno? Probably so.

วันนี้ผมเดินทางมาถึงพัก 4 คืน เพื่อหายจากการบําบัดทางการแพทย์ - สถานที่ที่เหมาะแก่การนอนอาบแดดและพักผ่อน... เลยคิด! มาที่โรงแรมหรู “สปา แอนด์ เวลคัม” คุณจะคาดหวังการเข้าถึงสปา และ เวลคัม เป็นการเข้าพักของคุณใช่มั้ย ? ผิด! การเข้าถึงคิดเงินโดย 90,120, หรือ 180 นาที ให้ไปนอนริมสระ ในวันที่มีราคาพิเศษ 24 ชั่วโมง 1,000 czk ต่อวัน (จาก 12 เที่ยงวัน ไป 12 เที่ยงวัน ซึ่งแปลกๆ) 1,000 czk คือ gbp £ 35 ที่น่าทึ่ง! และเนื่องจากการรักษาของผมจึงไม่สามารถใช้ facilities สปาใดๆ ่ได้ ยกนี้กับ reception และถามว่า มีอะไรให้พักผ่อนอีกที่ไหนได้ ก็บอกไม่มีที่อื่นภายในโรงแรมคอมเพล็กซ์ แต่ฉันสามารถไปที่ ‘ beach bar’ ข้างเขื่อนได้ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาดหรือผ้าห่มสําหรับปิกนิคให้ ถึงแม้ ผิดหวังจริงๆ !! ดิฉันได้ชัดเจนจริงๆ ตอนจองว่ากําลังมีการรักษาและต้องการที่พักผ่อนเพราะดิฉันขอห้องระเบียง เราได้ที่แต่มันหันหน้าเข้าหาด้านหลังของห้องอื่นและยังมองไม่เห็นดวงอาทิตย์จากมัน - อาจจะเป็นช่วงเช้าๆ อ้อ และชักโครกก็รั่ว! เยี่ยม... 4 คืนแล้วเวลากลับบ้าน รอไม่ไหวแล้ว!!
