Ibis clean facilities and good location it’s all near the bars, restaurants. The room was clean and everything is ok Except some staff are not friendly and helpful But rather then all is ok

Good location. Double bed is made of two halves and there was a gap between in the middle which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast

Modern and well-located hotel. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. Everything looks new, modern, and clean. The bathroom is a built-in plastic unit with plenty of space, which I think is a very practical solution. The WiFi was excellent with good speed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Umbrellas are available for rent at the hotel. We were given a hotel promo code for parking, but I would have preferred parking to be included.

Location was great. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Would certainly stay again if coming to Bristol!

Good hotel for a short stay. Very central and convenient location. The room and bathroom were a little dated, with basic amenities and limited daylight, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Really good location, can easily walk from the train station or other city areas. And the reception is very friendly and helpful

Great location, clean, friendly staff and speedy check-in. For the price I have no complaints.

The experience was good but a faulty air conditioner in room 320. We got a fan but it was noisy and not looking clean. Aside this observation, the experience was good especially the location.

A clean hotel in the centre of Bristol. Was pleasant enough for two nights.
