Very well located and appointed hotel. Fair price for location. Service was friendly. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Heating worked well - large window made it chilly without in October. Good sound proofing. Overall, a decent stay and would use again.

Great central hotel with parking. Staff were extremely friendly. There was an issue with the lifts not working during my stay, so I was offered discount on my stay and complimentary drinks. Great customer service! I will definitely stay again.
LLiverpoolKopLocation is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre.
Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…
The booking process and info before checking in was pretty good. Parking was steep though at £20 per night. The actual place was average with some things a bit outdated. The bed was really comfy. Three things I was really disappointed about which would make me not want to stay here again: 1. the deposit was not taken separately to the rest of the payment. So I am now waiting for a refund of that rather than simply them taking it off my available funds and placing it back again. The £250 deposit alone would make me reluctant to book again. 2. The TV didn't work properly. Terrestrial was fine but when I logged into itv this didnt work at all and just kept freezing etc. 3. When I woke up I found live bugs in the kitchen sink...kind of like some sort of earwig type thing but I'm not entirely sure. Glad they weren't there when I arrived because I would have been put off staying. I am wholly worried they are going to try and get away with not giving me my deposit back for some reason even though I left the place entirely as I found it.
SScrock1987Location is good. The place has lighting which makes it feel like it is an old run down hotel. Service was okay. I asked for ice and was told to go to ground floor. Don’t expect this from Radisson hotel chain. Carpets feel old. Lighting needs a bit of work to make it modern.
AAsmiRuYha as always the best..we booked a 3 person room. The location is besides the harbour just in centre of all the hustle bustle as well as quietness! Only one downside the room that is separate than other dorm rooms is located on the top level. The heater or some pipe kept on making noise when ever the winds were strong or any flight went from above (I guess)
Positive side: the room comes with skylight..you are able to see stars and moon on a clear night..thus you can sleep glazing at the stars :)
ผผู้เข้าพักWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
