Fairly tired room which is in real need of an overhaul. Comfortable enough though if you have a room at the front the noise from the M62 is very loud. Overall though, it’s clean and good value for money

It was good to stay they. It was clean and enjoyed the stay. And definitely rebook again.

Not a bad hotel all in all, and usually excellent value for money (I have stayed here on a few occasions recently as much cheaper than other hotels locally). The rooms are well equipped with iron, ironing board, kettle with tea and coffee and usually a desk fan of some sort. Personally, I prefer to be on the first floor as most ground floor rooms do have a musty/slightly damp smell which I do try to avoid. Great, friendly staff however.

Great location for motorway, free parking, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Shower was cold and bath water wasn't very hot which wasn't ideal (ended up showering at the gym) but for the money a good place to stay for business. No cap on WiFi either

Cheap, Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

The staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. We are happy and had a good night rest.

The worst possible customer service! Very unprofessional behaviour from women. The restrooms had a wet scent. My spouse felt that the staff was rude. It seems they aren't performing their duties effectively. really unpleasant. NEVER AGAIN!

Good location with shops around and clean rooms. Bed was comfy and clean

The male receptionist was extremely rude but the service was very average. It is cheap and the rooms are standard.
