It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again

It’s a nice resort in a great location, however plenty of hidden fees, we paid for breakfast which wasn’t anything special, scrambled eggs from powder, coffee was pretty bad and weak and you had to pay extra which we only learned about when we paid 160$ for breakfast. Lack of healthy food and not suited for people who eat healthy unprocessed food. I really liked the towel service, it was very convenient. Our room this time however (we stayed in the same hotel a week earlier) was not as great as our previous, it was more used, the fridge constantly leaking, and the air con did not work as well as in the previous room (it was ground floor with garden) And the worst thing was, I requested a quiet room but we got one of the connected rooms and we could not fall asleep till round 23:00 when a screaming family next door finally put their kids to bed. It was really noisy. Big plus for the pools and hot tub. They really were nice

Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. If you haven’t been in a year or more, you will probably be disappointed. We normally go every year for at least one day and it’s slowly declining. The attached pic is considered ocean view just for reference.

Such a beautiful property, a little on the higher end but if you want to have a really good vibe it’s worth every penny. Right next to whalers market, beautiful beaches next to it. We had ocean view room booked on floor 5. Even when you don’t wanna leave your room, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. They have 3-4 pools, waterfalls for adults only pool, those cute flamingos in the lobby. Perfect ambiance for a Hawaiian vacation.

Wir hatten einen richtig angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit hier total genossen. Die gesamte Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles wirkt gepflegt, einladend und mit Liebe gestaltet. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es war nicht nur sauber, sondern wirklich frisch, ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großes Highlight: zentral, aber trotzdem entspannt – genau die richtige Mischung. Von hier aus konnten wir alles bequem erreichen, und die nahegelegenen Strände waren einfach wunderschön. Ideal zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the rooms felt modern and fresh. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The amenities were great, especially the pool and common areas, which were well maintained. Note that the pool closes at 9:00 PM and the bar at 10:00 PM, so it’s best to plan your evening accordingly. Overall, it was an excellent experience — we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families and couples.

El Royal Lahaina es un hotel ubicado en un entorno ideal para parejas. Dispone de muchas actividades como clases de hula que vale la pena aprovechar o conciertos en un entorno relajado y romántico a la luz de la luna. En las noches es ideal tumbarse delante de la playa a observar las estrellas. Nos ha gustado mucho hospedarnos aquí. Mahalo!

四季酒店真的名不虛傳整體服務很好，房間佈置的也很棒，尤其是游泳池非常出片不過感覺針對外國遊客服務可以更細緻一些
