I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

I had an absolutely great time here and will return when the opportunity presents itself. Check in is always a pleasant and quick experience and as a woman who, at times, travels solo, I totally appreciate the fact that you provide 15 minute check in parking! This helps me so much! PLEASE don't ever change this!! It is a rare accomodation in Vegas. I love the peaceful location and the sounds of the birds who like to hang out close to the property. The only shortcoming was the limited availability of high end coffee. Please keep the coffee shop open til 6 or 7pm.

The hotel is located centrally on the ***** and is high end quality as it should be for the price however I registered early as my flight was early morning and that seemed an issue. I was offered a room that was already available but at an extra cost of $100 per night or receive an email around 15.00 with my room number. I decline to pay extra and receive room cards and gave my email address. At 17.30 still no email so went to reception and they allocated me a room. Went to the lift which went up whilst I was trying to use my key card. It wouldn't work so travelled down with a person that the lift picked up. Received new key cards which were perfect. Housekeeping do not knock on your door they just enter which is not correct, maybe should have but do not disturb but wanted my room cleaned but should be given the opportunity to say ”hold on a minte' instead of barging in. On check out tried to express my concerns but the person was uninterested. Lovely hotel but could do better!!
