Otelin konumu, temizliği, harika kahvaltısı ne kadar iyi bir tercih yaptığımızı her an hissetmemize sebep oldu. Akşam otele döndüğümüzde avludaki nezih ortam, odalarda halı yerine parke oluşu, yemeklerdeki lezzet yanında, tatilde beklenen tüm konfor ve kaliteyi bize sağladığı için, yeniden gelsem aynı oteli tercih ederim. The hotel cour du corbeau is a really nice hotel, perfect check-in, warm and welcoming woman at the reception. Nice room and tasty breakfast too

อยู่ในเมืองเก่า ห่างจาก Petite France เพียง 2 นาที พักที่นี่ในช่วงคริสต์มาสและได้เลือกโรงแรมนี้โดยเฉพาะเพราะสามารถเดินไปยังตลาดคริสต์มาสต่างๆ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย ห้องพักทันสมัยสวยงามพร้อมวิวถนน ฉันจึงเห็นการตกแต่งคริสต์มาสบนถนนได้จากหน้าต่างเลย ห้องพักเก็บเสียง ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องเสียงรบกวนจากถนน ฟรีไวน์เครื่องเทศรสเผ็ดซึ่งเป็นท่าทางที่ดีที่สามารถเพลิดเพลินได้ที่ร้านอาหาร พวกเขายังให้ช็อคโกแลต 2 อันและมินิบาร์ฟรีซึ่งประกอบด้วยน้ำอัดลมที่เติมทุกวัน อาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบายซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 8 นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im OKKO Hotel Strasbourg sehr genossen und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber für ein Paar vollkommen ausreichend. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass im Flur jederzeit kostenlos gefiltertes, kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Auch unser Hund wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen und durfte kostenlos mitkommen – das fanden wir besonders toll. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel und wurde uns vom Hotel empfohlen. Dieser hat 15 € pro Tag gekostet, was für die Lage absolut in Ordnung war. Besonders schön fanden wir den Gemeinschaftsraum des Hotels. Dieser war immer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Dort konnte man Spiele spielen, Billard spielen und sich jederzeit kostenlos Kaffee, Tee, Wasser sowie kleine Snacks nehmen – alles bereits im Aufenthalt inbegriffen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum und direkt unterhalb des Hotels gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, Bars und auch einen Starbucks. Die Umgebung war sehr sauber und angenehm. Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das OKKO Hotel Strasbourg jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ein tolles Hotel mit vielen kostenlosen Extras und einem sehr guten Gesamtkonzept.

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

The location is very good. In front of the hotel ist a tram and bus station. It is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. Room was clean und bright. The receptionist war friendly as well. We had a good stay.
