This is a serviced apartment very close to the city centre in Bratislava, and it was very reasonably priced. Please note it is not close to the train station (it's about half an hour walk if you want to try) but it's only a short hop away by tram. As it is quite close to the city centre, you can either go there for food or there are lots of restaurants nearby and some of them are quite good as well. The room was big, clean and bright. It has one big window, (mine was away from the street so it looks out to the back but the next building is still quite far away so there is still plenty of sunlight coming through). There is a kitchen and utensils (including a kettle if you want to make coffee or tea). The building has laundry machines that guests can use (I didn't need to use it but I think you do need to pay). The staff speaks very good English and friendly so they can be quite helpful if you have any questions. I didn't need to ask any as my stay here was faultless really. It would definitely be on my one of the choices of place to stay when I'm next in Bratislava. There are some things to note though. You probably won't be able to check in until after 2pm. I arrive early and had to wait for my room to be ready. They do have a luggage storage service free of charge though. I can't remember whether they have daily cleaning but I think they don't have daily cleaning from memory which is fine. I'm not a messy person by nature and I'm not that obsessed with hygiene so it wasn't an issue for me.

What a find! The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location for exploring Bratislava. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've found anywhere and couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious and comfortable with the only downside being that it wasn't air-conditioned and consequently was overly warm for our liking but this was a minor negative. Overall we and our friends had a lovely time here and this hotel would be our first choice if visiting Bratislava again

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ในย่านเมืองเก่า แต่ไม่ได้อยู่ตรงจุดศูนย์กลาง ซึ่งให้บรรยากาศที่สงบลงเล็กน้อย พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด และชอบตรงที่ไม่มีพรมในห้อง อ่างอาบน้ํามีน้ําร้อนอย่างต่อเนื่องซึ่งถือว่าดี อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีตัวเลือกพื้นฐานสําหรับโรงแรมระดับราคานี้ ที่จอดรถมีอัตราค่าที่พักสําหรับจอดรถค้างคืน แต่ไม่ได้แสดงที่ไหน คุณต้องถามแผนกต้อนรับ

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

Let's make a long story, short: nice hotel on main street, no noise inside, very confortable beds, all is clean and shining, very good beer and food, good options on the menu, if you didn't tasted yet the wiener schnitzel, it's time to order it with a good local draft beer, nice and helpfull staff. Even situated at few km's from Outlet Parndorf, next time in the area, i'm sure i'll book a room in this hotel. Good choice for a good price!
