หลังจากขับรถจากบาหลีมา 10 ชั่วโมงกว่าๆ เราก็มาถึงโซโลที่โรงแรมโลจิประมาณ 4 ทุ่มตามเวลานั้น ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยให้คําแนะนําเราว่าจอดรถที่ไหนได้ ทั้งๆ ที่เห็นผู้ชายนั่งอยู่ 2 คน ที่หน้าฟร้อนท์ เราต้องโทรเรียกเค้าดังมากเพื่อแสดงให้เราเห็นว่าเราจะจอดรถที่ไหน โคตรโดยรอบที่จอดรถเต็ม เราคาดหวังไว้ว่าได้บริการที่ดี ห้องพักสวย เพราะเราจ่าย IDR 1 พร้อมอาหารเช้าสําหรับห้อง Deluxe เราเข้าพักที่นี่เมื่อ 26 ธันวาคม 2562 และเช็คเอาท์วันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 2563 จริงๆ แล้วเราต้องการขยายห้องแต่เราเปลี่ยนใจหลังจากค้างคืนที่นี่ด้วยความรู้สึกอึดอัด ปัญหาคือ 1. เค้าถามเราว่าเราต้องการห้องสูบบุหรี่ไหม เราตอบตกลงขอร้อง เราคาดหวังไว้ว่าจะมีระเบียงหรืออย่างน้อยก็เปิดหน้าต่างได้ แต่สุดท้าย ห้องสูบบุหรี่ไม่มีหน้าต่างหรือระเบียงให้สูบบุหรี่เลย 2. แอร์เสียงดังมากทั้งวันและยังแอร์รั่วแย่มากจนทําให้กระเป๋าเราเปียกเพราะเราวางไว้ข้างใต้แอร์ 3.พัดลมในห้องน้ําทํางานไม่ดี และเสียงดังมาก! 4.ฝักบัวเหมือนไม่เคยทําความสะอาดมาหลายปีเลย เต็มแป้ง 5.ห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นนิดหน่อยและไม่ค่อยมีการไหลเวียนที่ดี 6.เราเจอคราบเลือดบนผ้าห่มเลยขอเปลี่ยนผ้าคลุมหรือผ้าห่ม จุดดีคืออาหารเช้าดี แค่นั้นเอง เรามาที่นี่เพื่อมาเกาะ Java จริงๆ เพื่อทําการตรวจดูเกาะเป็นอย่างไร การเข้าพักที่นี่สะอาดและสะดวกสบายแค่ไหน โคตรเรามีทัวร์และบริการ เราต้องรู้การบริการมาตรฐานของที่นี่ทั้งหมดก่อนที่จะให้คําแนะนําหรือนําลูกค้ามาที่นี่ และเราก็เจอโรงแรมที่ราคาแพงมากที่มีการบริการที่ต่ํา ในบาหลีโรงแรมที่มีราคานี้ การบริการ ห้องพักก็สวยกว่านี้อีก ไม่รู้บริการมาตรฐานในจาวาอย่างไร เมืองที่ไปเยือนในจาวามีมาตรฐานโรงแรมต่ํามากแต่เค้าถามราคาโรงแรม5ดาว สุดยอดใช่มั้ย ถ้าโรงแรมโลจิสามารถอัพเกรดระดับการบริการให้ดีขึ้นกว่านี้ดิฉันจะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ แต่สําหรับตอนนี้เราเสียใจไม่แนะนําโรงแรมนี้ หวังว่าผู้จัดการจะอ่านรีวิวทั้งหมดแล้วทําการดูแลรักษาบางส่วนยังบริการ ขอบคุณค่ะ
