A spacious and relaxing three bedroom - three and a half bath riverfront townhome with rear covered decks overlooking the gentle flowing Chattahoochee River!Our first floor features a a large living area with ample seating, large tv, beautiful fireplace (seasonal), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and private deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous views and tranquil sounds of the Chattahoochee River. Second floor hosts two bedrooms. On the river side of the house is the master suite with a king bed, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, TV and peaceful balcony. Opposite the master suite is the beautifully appointed guest room #2 with a queen bed, private bath and TV.The basement level is home to what we like to call our Bear Cave (guest room #3) with a queen bed, private outdoor sitting area and full bath. An additional two single beds can be found in our dorm area... a perfect space for the kids to retreat and have their own space to hang out!Rear covered decks: Your home away from home has two relaxing rear covered decks with amazing views of the Chattahoochee River just feet away. So much to do with shopping, dinning, golfing (mini and 18 holes in Innsbruck), tubing, gem mining, roller coaster, zip line for all ages and the list goes on!Chalet Munich is located above a retail space and the hours of operation are 11am-9pm. The guests will have the entire upstairs floor for their privacy. Chalet Munich is not handicap friendly and stairs are needed to enter the unit. The parking is in the rear of building for one vehicle. The interior is a modern rustic with handmade wooden furniture. You have your own private balcony with a city view. Check-In information:1. Let us host your Helen Adventure! This large house is set within the beautiful gated resort community of Innsbruck! The resort boasts an outdoor guest swimming pool (open after Memorial Day), tennis courts, and a gorgeous Innsbruck public golf course at a reasonable cost per round! This home is secluded so you can get away from the hustle of Helen, but a 15 minute walk or a short drive right outside the Innsbruck community puts you right back in the flow of Helen's day and night life. The main floor has a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living area all open for the entire group to be together. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a full bathroom and double vanity. The main floor also walks straight out to a deck area that spans the entire width of the house and looks straight out at Mt. Yonah. There is no better way to remind yourself you are on vacation by beginning your day with the sunrise or ending your day with the sunset view from the back deck. Plenty of seating on the back deck and an 8 person hot tub to wind down after a long day of tubing, hiking, fishing, shopping, riding the mountain roller coaster, anything your heart desires. The basement level has another large living area, full bathroom, kitchenette area, and another bedroom with a full bed and 2 twin beds. There is also a door headed out to a lower patio and more seating area with tables.The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a loft area, all with queen beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, and 2 walk out decks on each side of the house (one off a bedroom and one off the loft) giving even more beautiful views!
