"This hotel is super awesome and I am blessed that I booked this hotel. Their front desk staff are super kind and friendly and you can ask them all the questions you may have. The view from my room (Yama Shizen) is super super awesome and I can see snowing and nothing is blocked in front of my balcony. The hotel also can arrange free pick up and drop off at the Hirafu Welcome Centre which is also very near to the stay. They can also help to book bus for you to go to the New Chitose Airport. The room is also huge and very cozy and there is a washer/ dryer just in front of our room door and the dryer worked fantastically well. My kids really enjoyed the stay here where they can even play snow at the balcony inside the room. The surrounding is super lively and the convenient shop Lawson is also within walking distance for about 10 minutes. Everything is wonderful and I will surely come back here if I were to come to Niseko again in the future."
