An outboard motor can be requested from the owner free of charge if you know how to use it. The holiday home was built in 2020. The ground floor features a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. The ground floor also has a large utility/dressing room, a bathroom, an electric sauna, and a WC. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a lounge area with a TV, and a WC. The terrace has a gas grill and terrace furniture for 8 people. The holiday home is equipped with mechanical ventilation and the sauna building has an air-source heat pump. The well-equipped lakeside sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove and a bathroom with a shower and a WC.
