"整體環境不錯，門口有一顆巨大的聖誕樹，廊台會在晚上用天然氣點篝火（就住的幾天來看其實也沒人用）來增添氛圍。
設施：設施比較中規中矩，沒有壞的設施，但是熨斗不得不説很難用。
衞生：很乾凈，南亞裔阿姨人很好，塞給我幾瓶礦泉水。整個酒店區域看起來都很乾凈。
服務：除了第一天早上遇到需要按金的情況，有些尷尬和感到微微不耐煩以外，年輕人服務態度都很好。
P.S 對面的the buff餐廳非常不錯，在Boulder這幾天吃得最好吃的一餐。"

South Boulder is a biker's paradise, whether it's the university, the mountains, or downtown there is a path that will take you there. I also host an AirBnB experience: “Boulder’s Best Kept Secrets on E-Bikes.” 3 bedroom, 1 bath (4 beds). Ample parking, Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee/tea, cooking supplies, spices/condiments, games, easy access to hiking, parks, restaurants, the University, and downtown. Bikes available free for all guests. There is a separate addition to the house where I live but you will have the 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and front patio of the main house all to yourself. You won’t see me but I’m right next door to help if you need me for something. I'm happy to help you plan your adventures in Boulder, answer any questions you may have, or completely stay out of your way. Totally renovated interior: original floors, claw footed tub, and upholstered eclectic mix of furniture. A view of the mountains can be seen from the front porch and the upstairs deck. Upstairs has one bedroom, bathroom, and loft area with 2 twin XL beds. Backyard has a large patio, waterfall, and pergola.
The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, a vintage upholstered chair, a smart TV, Apple TV, XBox and Play Station for your entertainment needs. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover a work space, complete with guests raving about the lightning-fast Wi-Fi.
Retreat to the master bedroom, where you'll find a luxurious queen-size bed made of three layers of organic latex topped with a sumptuous wool topper. Ample closet space, concealed behind the white curtain. All bed linens are made of organic cotton, promising a comfortable night's sleep. The loft space outside the master bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. A breathtaking mountain view is visible from both the front porch and the upstairs deck.
The downstairs bathroom exudes a touch of glamour, gleaming black walls and a vintage gold chandelier that adds a touch of opulence to your daily routine.
Pearl Street, with its mix of restaurants and shops, is just four blocks away. A leisurely 15-minute stroll will take you to the Pearl Street Mall, where you can indulge in delectable cuisine served by local eateries. Lots of live music and street performers.
You have access to the entire house. There is a shared easement with my neighbor. They have access to their side entrance through our gate and into the backyard. I will also be going back and forth through the same gate, with my dog, into the backyard where I have an artist shed that I work out of. If this bothers you, then this is not the house for you.
