ฉันดีใจมากที่ได้พักโรงแรมที่มีทำเลดีแบบนี้แต่ระหว่างที่เราพัก 2 คืนกลับรู้สึกผิดหวังกับการบริการของโรงแรมมาก นี่ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่โรงแรม 4 ดาวควรจะเป็นอย่างแน่นอน! พอเราถามที่แผนกต้อนรับตอน 12.00 น. พนักงานบอกเราว่าสามารถเช็คอินได้ตอน 13.00 น. แต่เมื่อเรากลับโรงแรมเพื่อเช็คอินตอน 16.00 น. แผนกต้อนรับก็ตอบกลับว่าห้องไม่พร้อม แต่และเราต้องรออีกสิบห้านาที เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นที่บอสตันฝนตกหนักมาก เราถามพนักงานเสิร์ฟที่แผนกต้อนรับว่าเธอมีร่มให้ยืมหรือไม่ เธอตอบอย่างเย็นชาว่า ไม่มี โดยไม่ลำบากใจเลย ทำให้คนรู้สึกไม่สบายใจอย่างมาก เรื่องนี้เกิดขึ้นในตอนที่มัน มาถึงชาวเอเชียฉันยังสงสัยว่าพนักงานเสิร์ฟมีความคิดแบ่งแยกซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับไม่ได้!

Centrally located to city centre, restaurants, attractions and parking is across the street from the hotel.

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Excellent hotel and location. Very convenient.
