The location is a bit remote but lucky it is near to the lac area where there is shopping around

Next to a calm lake, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Nice bathroom design. Good breakfast.

Hôtel is located very close by the tramway terminus. The parking is big and closed As for the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable The restaurant offers a big and diverse buffet The gym is small and you have to ask reception for the key to use it Overall, nice hotel for a 2-3 days stay

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Lovely stay at hotel. Location was ideal for travelling by tram. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Like the extra touches by the hotel. Fresh beach towels provided for swimming, water dispenser. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Great value hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and restocked frequently.

They were AMAZING really! I’m driving from Spain to UK and this stop helped us to recover from fatigue and start afresh! The staff attention and care is what really deserves 5 stars. We’ll repeat!

Emplacement idéal pour se rendre au Stade Atlantique  Hôtel propre,et calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et fait tout pour faciliter votre séjour  Excellent petit déjeuner

Não gostei de diferentes coisas que aconteceram ( abordei a situação com a receção sem qualquer efeito). 1) quarto sem ar condicionado - nunca foi arranjado com temperaturas a rondar os 40*C - RIDICULO 2) A EQUIPA DO bar expulsa as pessoas da zona de lounge antes da 00.00 ( estávamos a consumir e mandaram-nos sair as 23.52) 3) a piscina fica com todas as cadeiras reservadas sem ninguém estar lá. É impressionante não haver ninguém para gerir estas situações Pontos positivos - Estacionamento excelente e seguro - housekeeping sao fabulosas e sempre com um sorriso - Receção sao fantasticos e sabem receber, mas não deram qualquer solução para o grave problema do meu quarto ( 423 - SEM AR CONDICIONADO DURANTE 3 DIAS). Foi péssimo

Super petit déjeuner, bon accueil, chambre propre et bien insonorisée. Cependant, la piscine espérée n'était pas fonctionnelle, pas assez de papier toilette pour 4, pas de climatisation (ou alors non fonctionnelle ?) et écoulement de la douche très limite d'où une petite inondation...
