ไม่เลวเลย ที่ตั้งดี เดินทางสะดวกด้วยรถราง และไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ สะดวกมากในการเดินทางไปยังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมต่างๆ มีสถานที่รับประทานอาหารอยู่มากมายและมีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Carrefour อยู่ชั้นล่าง ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี

พนักงานเป็นมิตรและห้องพักและร้านอาหารกว้างขวาง พื้นที่โซฟาในล็อบบี้เหมาะสำหรับการประชุม สะดวกในการเดินทาง ใช้เวลาเดินทางโดยรถยนต์หรือเดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ ถัดไปเป็นแม่น้ำ Garonne ที่คุณสามารถเดินหรือวิ่งจ็อกกิ้งไปตามแม่น้ำได้🏃

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout — from the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options with something to suit every taste. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the food. Though foods could be replenished a bit faster during peak breakfast hours when popular items run out quickly.  Overall, a perfect stay in Bordeaux. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.

The hotel itself is quite close to the train and bus station in Bordeaux but it is a bit far to the center. But there is public transportation in front of the hotel. Since it is a busy hotel, I could not get my room after 15:00 but ask the reception to check if they can give you another one. The room itself is quite clean and spacious. The breakfast is average in variety but enough.

We stayed in a suite and it was spacious. Quite a pleasant stay. The only thing was the location, a little bit far from the city area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a nice modern feel. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Its location is perfect — just a short walk to the train station and easy access to public transportation. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

We had a good stay in this hotel for a couple of days. The room is good sized, clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although it's not at the center of the city, it's easy to get to the center by public transport, and there are few restaurants and supermarket nearby. It's definitely value for money for the same quality of accommodation in Bordeaux.

We booked a junior suite for three nights. was told when checking in there was a "technical issue". We guess they have messed up and overbook. We were offered 20 euro per night for downgrading to a double room. However this offer was not even enough for the difference of the two room types. We have to help them to work out the correct difference amount and argue for more compensation. Very poor customer service.

When we went to breakfast, we were asked two questions, if you are poor and can't afford to pay that amount, go to that part and if you can afford to pay more go to the other part, I have never heard of this model before, it felt like you are being treated discriminated ag

Overall, we had a good experience. The room quality was not bad - clean and featuring large windows. However, we were disappointed that the hotel staff did not remind us about the breakfast included in our booking even if we asked during check-in. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Modern hotel close to the city centre. Unfortunately the two young front desk male attendants who work in the mornings do require some retraining with respect to communication. I came down into the lobby to ask for more toilet paper at 6.30am, we had run out and my partner wanted to use the toilet. One of the front desk male attendants said "No problems, we will give housekeeping a call and they will bring it up to you. What is your room number?". I went back to the room and waited for 60 minutes before giving up and going back down to advise the front desk we had not received the toilet paper and their response was "Oh that's because the house keeping staff don't start until 9am, so we haven't called them yet". Well, how about telling me that in the first place if they knew we needed it straight away! I overheard them mutter in French between themselves as I advised them I'll get them myself. Overall not impressed with the service or attitude. What if my partner was on the toilet seat waiting for the toilet paper the whole time? I gave up and took two rolls from the toilets in the lobby restaurant.

If you are travelling to Bordeaux with a train, the hotel is just around 10 minute walk away. It is slightly further away from the city centre, However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to the centre in just few minutes. We booked the room with king bed and the room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. The shower was great and can’t recommend it enough. The bed was also amazing and very comfortable. There is room service everyday if you would like that also. However, there are few things to mention such as the aircon which didn’t work particularly great. We have put it on the minimum temperature setting which is 19 degrees and the room was definitely not getting cold enough. Additionally, the TV remote at times didn’t work particularly great which isn’t a big issue but something to note. We also had purchased breakfast with our room and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone planning to stay here. Variety of choice and personally one of the few things I always wanted at hotel breakfast was to be able to do my boiled eggs the way I want to have it and you can at this hotel as there is a container with boiling water which you place your eggs in which was pleasantly surprising for me. Another thing I would also mention for breakfast is the waffle machine which also was used everyday of the stay. Staff are friendly and it is very easy to check in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just bear in mind the aircon may not be great.
